While many customers do report noticeable benefits within days or even hours, everyone’s experience can vary depending on individual health conditions, environment, and how the product is used. Grounding is a natural wellness approach and not a medical treatment so results can take longer for some people—or feel more subtle.

Regarding your comment about the sheet not “doing anything,” it’s important to know that grounding products don’t power on or light up, as they don’t use electricity. The sheet connects to the Earth’s natural energy through the grounded port of a power outlet (or a grounding rod, if used). It’s a passive connection, and doesn’t involve any electrical current flowing into the body.

For customers who want extra peace of mind, we do offer optional testers so you can confirm your outlet is properly grounded—but these are not required to use the product.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we’re always here to answer questions or provide guidance on setup and use. And you're absolutely right—walking barefoot outdoors is also a wonderful way to ground. Our products are simply an alternative for those who can't do that regularly due to weather, mobility, or lifestyle.

The outcome depends on factors like overall health, environment, lifestyle, and how the sheet is used.

Our grounding sheets are made with medical-grade conductive silver fibre and connect directly to the Earth’s natural energy through the ground port of your wall outlet. We also offer setup videos, scientific references, and support resources to guide every customer through proper use and expectations.

While our products are manufactured by a trusted international partner, this allows us to maintain consistent quality while ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to our customers across Australia, the UK, the US, and Canada. Recently, due to a surge in demand, our Burleigh Heads warehouse was running several weeks behind in processing orders. To avoid further delays for our customers, we made the decision to ship some items from our international facility.
