Surprised nobody has been scalded.
Compartments do not have fixed bases, which means awkward to remove steamed and hot vegetables. Compartment bases have holes in middle with vegetables dropping through and loose base dropping out, going in the bin, obviously designed by some person who does not steam vegetables.
Advice: Don't touch it, waste of money.

Poor reliability and disappointing customer support

I purchased a PureMate dehumidifier in December 2024. After only about 1 year and 3 months of normal household use, the unit completely stopped working and shows no power.
I followed the manufacturer's advice by checking and replacing the fuse and even testing another plug, but the device still does not work, suggesting an internal fault.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the warranty had expired and that they could not assist further. While I understand warranty terms, I would reasonably expect a household appliance like a dehumidifier to last much longer than just over a year.
Unfortunately, the response from customer service was simply that electrical items can fail and the issue was out of their control.
Based on my experience, customers should be aware that the product may not have a long lifespan and that support after the warranty period may be limited.

Failed after a year

Bought a dehumidifier on Which recommendation. Stopped working after 13 months - 1 month outside warranty. Do not buy - they don’t last.

Superb!!

Have to say my experience has been outstanding. I was looking for a pre-filter for my dehumidifier. The response from Puremate was super quick, polite and professional - they offered their own valid assessment too.

To top it off they sent me a replacement pre-filter for free and next day delivery. Now I really rate Meaco's customer service but this was on another level.

Highly recommend their dehumidifiers too (model: PM466). Quality products that do what they say they will do!

Very Poor Customer Service

Purchased 2 humidifiers from Puremate both of which are faulty, very poor customer service when issue was brought to their attention.

Will not be buying from them again and would encourage others to steer clear!

Puremate who

Puremate duel airfryer is what I got from amazon and payed for this because it was more money but looked good .
Little did I know ringing them got not reply and website address came back not found .
Its the little rubbers on the grills that come off and when I wanted to buy some this company don't reply .
But amazon have taken my review seriously

Very good customer service, the fan is quite bulky and loud.

I bought the tower fan from amazon and it was unfortunately broken. I emailed the customer service team who were very helpful. They responded promptly and sent me out a new one which arrived in a few days and was working well. The fan is decent, however there are probably cheaper fans which work just as well and aren't so bulky in the home. The fan is good at cooling down the room quickly but the higher setting is quite loud

Tower fan base replacement

The base on my Tower fan broke, I called Puremate and they replaced it free of charge within 2 days. Unfortunately the problem went deeper than that but no fault of Puremate. Great service.

First Class service.

Ordered an Air Fryer which arrived the next day. I accidentally broke the drawer and Puremate replaced it free of charge, they didn't need to but went above and beyond the call.
Great company to deal with. Would 100% recommend.

Glitch and won't refund subscription even when service was previously cancelled

Service was super glitch sonstoppednusingbit very quickly. Cancelled my subscription. 2 years later a subscription was taken from my account with no notice or warning (who remembers when a subscription is due 3 years after the first payment?!) And they will not refund it as I don't have proof of the cancellation, which was via email 2 years prior.
It didn't work when I had it, and now I have to oay money I don't have because they won't refund it either.

My plug in port got broken

My plug in port got broken. I emailed to see if I could get a replacement. I was expecting one little part of which I was going to solder myself and though what a rip off for it. I was surprised that when it came it was already joined to cables and a plug and play at each end. However I was also surprised that it was simply thrown int a huge box with no protection and of course it was broken . I had a go at them for supplying it like this. They then sent another replacement that was the size of a shoe box for something that is the size of a 50p. This was the wrong one completely. I had a go again and was told just take the others apart and solder them as they dont do them any more . I also mentioned that due to the company being one of the worst I have had to deal with that I should get my money back. Then they said return them all and they would refund me. I pointed out that I wouldn't not have a part to then try and repair myself . No more responses from them . How the hell these company survive is beyond me. A complete lack of intelligence all round .

On contacting Puremate why this occurred, they said "tough luck" these things happen, taking no responsibility for their faulty product and shortness of product life. Think carefully before choosing this product.

I have arthritis in the knees and…

I have arthritis in the knees and struggle with the pain , after 2 sessions on the circulation mate my knees are free from pain and can bend them further than I have for ages ,I now do 30 mins on setting 80 every day after work as a milkman 😀

Great customer service

Bought a fan from Amazon off the company. Suddenly stopped working after the warranty period and they've sent us a replacement unit. Great customer service from Tai & Team!

Great Customer service

I purchased a dehumidifier a couple of weeks ago when it arrived It wasn't working properly and was gathering no water.I Got in contact with the company and a guy named Tai got me to send a video of said machine and we troubleshooted problems in the end they replaced it with a new machine which arrived a couple of days later.Then they sent a courier to pick up the faulty one once I was satisfied with my new one.Would highly recommend them.Customer Service (Tai) 10 out of 10.

The customer service has been good

The customer service has been good. My dehumidifier power adapter broke, so I bought a new one. Then that broke, so I asked for a replacement and they quickly sent a new one out under warranty.
