The products made are not made to last long
worst service and generating e-waste. Please refrain from buying them, I made a huge mistake and spent £300 on their products, so do yourself a favour. I learnt an expensive lesson and thought they were genuine, but worst service and products, a perfect recipe for disaster!

- the product quality is worst, they emailed me telling that they will replace it and then changes their minds!
- Two weeks and I have spent 40% more money (on the value of the produce as of today) on getting things filter - taking it to a store to return and then getting refused
- two weeks and every single day i wait for collection
- they will apologise and thats it

The products are good as made for junkyard and not homes. PS - do not buy their products. You are better off getting better customer service and products from amazon. It was worst mistake to buy anything from them

I purchased a Puremate humidifier 10 months ago and it recently stopped working. I contacted the supplier and Tai apologised for the failure and asked pertinent questions about the problem. He then arranged for a replacement base to be sent. It arrived the next day. The whole issue was sorted in 2 days amazing! I would give this company 6 out of 5 if I could.

Ordered a fan off Amazon a year and a half ago, one day it suddenly stopped working, I emailed Puremate and they were more than happy to send me out a replacement free of charge with next day delivery! Great customer service!

I bought a puremate 13” fan from Amazon however unfortunately the fan kept making this awful clattering sound which I just couldn’t deal with - I contacted puremate about the issue and they got back to me almost instantly and they kindly offered to send me another fan free of charge with next day delivery !! I received the replacement fan early the next morning and it’s amazing.

Definitely recommend buying from these guys!

I own puremate steamer, had a problem when the lid were it failed. Contacted them and they sent out a replacement straight away, excellent service. The food steamer is a good bit of kit, does rice to perfection, we enjoy having steamed vegetables instead of been over cooked boiled mush. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

My Puremate circulation booster stopped functioning unexpectedly. Puremate customer service is exemplary. A quick email to them to ask for suggestions why the sudden loss of function elicited a rapid response, an analysis that the adapter might be at fault and a rapid free of change replacement sent to arrive within 24 hours.
I have a great product which helps my circulation, and a company which is providing top quality service. Highly recommended.

Purchased a foot massager machine and was very pleased with the item, really helped my disabled wife's arthritis easing her leg pains, unfortunately it packed up ,l got in touch with Customer service to ask for advice, spoke to Tai ,and he was very professional and helpful and said he would send me a new one which Daniel did with 24 hour post.
If only all companies were this helpful ,would highly recommend this company .

Item sent in wrong packaging i ordered a 4.5 Litre Digital Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Ioniser and Aroma Diffuser it came fast BUT came inside a Puremate Circulation PM605 Foot Circulation Massager box.I refused the delivery thinking they sent the wrong item.As they also sell this item.When i mailed i was told your new item is inside the box of the massager.Pretty silly sending new items i feel in old boxes and not informing the customer.
Its a shame as i got quick response and fast delivery.

If i could give no stars i would i was told they would get it sent back out today that day come and went no item.I asked for a refund and was told as its with fedx we cant do that.And they would have to pay to get it sent back to them and there not willing to do that.So wait for the item send it back at cost to me WOW and then you can get a refund shocking think hard before you buy from these people i will be contacting trading standards to find out my rights.

I bought a dehumidifier from them which started playing up about 2 months after buying it but it was still collecting a little water so couldn't return it inside the warranty period, It gradually got worse and now has totally stopped working, Puremate don't want to know at all, saying its out of warranty. They could have at least offered to have a look at it or offered a trade in, but no. Poor customer service i thought..

Piece of junk packed up after a couple of dozen uses but by then out of warranty!

Just over two years ago we bought a Puremate foot massager. Weve been delighted with the product ever since. Then a few weeks ago, without any warning it stopped working. After a quick check for any obvious issues we were resigned to buying a new one. Anyway, we contacted Puremate to ask them for advice. They asked us a few questions, determined that it was probabley the adapter that had packed and immediately sent us a new one the following day. We plugged it in, switched it on and have been using it ever since. So a big thank you to Puremate customer support. No fuss, no issue, no cost (they didnt even ask us for the cost and delivery of the new adapter). We cant thank them enough, a lesson in how you retain customer loyalty.

I love this machine. I look after my feet as I have type 2 so the stimulation is easy and enjoyable and valuable.
I misplaced the adaptor in a move. Reordering was easy and it arrived the next morning. Thank you

I wouldn’t have expected a business to offer free next day delivery & so many delivery updates keeping me in the loop. My 12L Dehumidifier works really well, not too loud at all. Considering buying the same one again to have one in my bathroom & one in my cellar at all times. Highly recommended!

I am a customer for a number of years and have been very happy until recently.

I ordered on the ebay outlet a set of two HEPA filters with activated carbon, for my PureMate PM 520 devices.

the price asked for TWO filters wass £ 41,65

The parcel (plastic bag) received contains only one filter.

I attempted to contact them by email, I also used ebay and paypal tools to explain the problem.

Both ebay and paypal complaints were closed with proof of delivery.

The lack of answerMade me write this review.
The devices can not work without the filter element so I am stuck.

Only good for about a year with excellent maintenance on my part and customer service Mickey mouse, I'd avoid

Amazing customer service! Accidentally over filled the ice packs which came with my air cooler, it caused them to split. I emailed PureMate and within an hour had a reply, the Ice packs were delivered the next working day👌🏼

With having experienced a lot of very poor customer service recently from a lot of other companies, this was very reassuring. Thank you PureMate!

I purchased a puremate pm605 foot circulation massager. Im totally pleased with it, good value for the price which is one of the reasons why I purchased it, it looks good.Its easy to use with easy to follow instructions.It performs very well it certainly gets results.The delivery service was quick and it arrived undamaged.I will certainly telling my family about it.I would definitely purchase off puremate again in the future and encourage people to buy their products.
