Reason for 5 stars are: Technical expertise and personalized attention. I was very satisfied with the final outcome. CV was completed very efficiently. I received one draft and then the final copy. Not much back and forth was needed. The first draft was 95% there. I just needed to make a few changes and then it was completed.
