Great parasol
Great parasol! Very robust, looks brilliant. The parasol cover is also extremely good quality and matches the parasol brilliantly. It also comes with an extendable rod to help to put it on and take it off.
Delivery came in parts. The customer service team promptly replied and confirmed the delivery was in process and I received it quickly thereafter. Took approx 1-2 weeks to receive in full.

A very satisfying experience - highly recommend.
We received our gazebo within a week. It came in 6 daunting boxes - but to my husbands surprise, it was well labelled, with clear instructions and very easy to erect. It still took 17 hours, but with only a couple of bolts/screws missing my husband easily rectified this and we would say - if you are pretty good at diy and putting stuff together, this is a very straight forward task. The gazebo is probably up there in terms of quality, the fly screens and curtains are great - i would say, they could do with weighting down as they tend to move around in a breeze, but my husband has an answer to this also! A brilliant well made quality item - comparing to building your own - using wood and a roofing sheet etc, it represents very good value for money. We love it and anticipate using it if our summers continue the way they are. Before this, we struggled getting shade for us and our dogs - it has made our hot days easier and has elongated our evenings - what a brilliant bit of kit - well done to the manufacturers and thanks for the very quick delivery. We are very happy and highly recommend these gazebos.

Parasol rib replacement …
After a freak gust of wind blew over our parasol causing one of the ribs to be badly bent. We were left wondering if we would have to scrap it. But after reaching out to Purple leaf by email they were so helpful. They helped us through the process of identifying a part number for the rib we needed to replace and the ordering process, as the rib had to come from Shanghai. They even sent a link to YouTube on how to replace the damaged rib. They then stepped in when DHL made a complete hash of the delivery! So a big thanks to Elaine and the team at Purple Leaf. I would highly recommend this company!

Nice bit of kit
Nice bit of kit and not to bad to assemble by one person taking my time. Looks good now it is up and fully assembled. Few gripes packages came at different times and had to chase them up a few times, this did delay my build time. Need to be careful when building as the roof panels are very thin but more than do the job once fitted and secured in place. Overall very impressed and had no other issues during the build apart from one of the fly screens being slightly torn.
