Ordered a 12x16 foot hardtop gazebo…
Ordered a 12x16 foot hardtop gazebo from purple leaf on 23/10/25 got notification from XDP regarding shipping on 25/10/25 . Gazebo arrived on 28/10/25 in 6 boxes driver put boxes in my garage for me one box was slightly damaged but the contents were fine. unpacked boxes and checked contents all OK. Gazebo erected with help from my Daughter and Son in law as I am 77 years old. The build was pretty straight forward I did some pre assembly in my garage before the main build which helped. We only encountered 1 slight problem contacted Purple leaf via Email got a reply next morning with a solution. I had a previous Gazebo with a fabric roof my new hardtop Gazebo is far superior to my old one wish I had known about Purple leaf before.

Great customer service and great product.
We needed a cover for our parasol. On their website out of stock. I contacted them via e mail and they quickly sourced one for us.
Not often these days to get good feedback and a positive experience with customer service. Highly recommended company

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, good packaging, parts well laid out in box and easy to follow instructions. Box a bit damaged by courier. Works as expected and looks good quality construction and materials. Didn't expect a cover to be included, would have been better though if it had been the same colour as the umbrella.

The product quality did not disappoint
The product quality did not disappoint. The customer service and delivery was prompt, efficient and professional. Price is not average, but if you believe “you get what you pay for” then it’s ok. I would use this company again.
