“I am very disappointed with Quadrabay’s service. Despite submitting my final report months ago and completing all required payments, but not updated status from payment requierd to completed, final report quadrabay team sent me personal mail, but my report has not been updated in the Ministry portal system. I visited mohe,they informed me still my final report not updated in ministry portal, i contact many times quadrabay team ,Their team has not solved my issue,i hope this is a technical syncing issue between quadrabay and MOHE portal. without update in ministry portal not usefull with my final report, I am frustrated with the lack of support and response. I expected better service for the fees paid.”

I have worst experience with quadrabay
I have worst experience with quadrabay. I have applied degree certificate Varification on 3rd January, 2026 but till they are false claiming the varification is under process. When I visited university, I'm surprised that they haven't even submitted documents in the university for Varification. After 1.5month, I applied in other agency. My experience is full of frustration and headache. They are lier, lier. They wasted my money and time. I haven't seen such inhumane and lier company. I will advice people, don't apply in Quadrabay. I hate quadrabay company and the people who are working there. They are completely froud.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I would never hire QUADRABAY’s services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
No one answers the phone — it always goes to an answering machine and keeps you waiting.
The live chat response time is extremely slow. After waiting 1.5 to 2 hours in the queue, if we don’t reply within 1–2 minutes, the agent marks the query as resolved.
Email support is very poor. Out of 15 follow-up emails, we may receive only one generic response such as “We are working on it” or “It is under process.”
No SMS notifications are received, even though QUADRABAY charges for the SMS service.
There are significant delays of months in document endorsements.
The lack of updates and responses has caused considerable mental stress and frustration.
Based on this experience, I believe they should reconsider continuing this business.

Very Worst service
My experience with Quadrabay UAE has been extremely disappointing.
I applied for engineering degree certificate verification and paid the fees on 11 September 2025. My certificates were already properly attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Indian government, so I expected a straightforward process. However, after waiting more than five months, the final report simply said “unable to verify” — with no proper explanation.
During these five months, it was almost impossible to reach them. No proper response by phone, no meaningful replies to emails, and chat support was not helpful. There is no clear customer support channel that actually works. After the final report, I still did not receive any clarification or guidance on why verification failed or what to do next.
The overall service is very poor, communication is worse, and the process lacks transparency. I felt completely stuck and unsupported after paying a significant fee. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly suggest others be very careful before choosing this service.

Extremely avoid Quadrabay choice other.
Extremely poor experience. Waiting 1.5 years for degree equivalency with no result. Constant replies of “under processing” and zero transparency. This delay caused major stress and problems with my employer. I would not recommend Quadrabay for equivalency services.

Disappointed & Frustrated
The most awful experience with Quadrabay!! Ref MOHESR141025390067. I had applied for equivalency about 4 months ago and I received a notification that they need my TOR. For a lay person, we do not understand what is a TOR having completed my degree in 1991. After receiving the TOR, they again stated that they need the TOR semester wise whereas in 1991, we did not have any semesters, we just had annual examinations as per University guidelines. Anyways, then they stated that my First year and second year one name is missing and I submitted everything in one email with all clarifications on 17 Jan 26, only to receive an email on 28 Jan 2026, stating that my application is closed and they are not able to contact me. My phone is ON 24 hrs a day and I have responded to emails with my last email being sent on 17 Jan!!
Now the issue with their phone lines. I called them up and in 3 instances, the system gives you options and once the particular option is selected, it goes back to the original message. Finally I got through partially where I received a automated message that I am caller number 9, waited patiently for over 15 mins and I was caller number 5 and then the system took me to the original automated message.
I am very close to tagging QB on Twitter and tagging MOE stating that the government departments in Dubai who believe in SMART governance, have partnered with a firm who is still operating at snail pace and is not able respond in a proactive and customer friendly manner. I have been asked to make a fresh application which is ridiculous as I will be now forced to pay all of the fees once again. Really disappointed and frustrated.
*it took my college about 2 months to release the amended name as they needed a person to go to their counters with all relevant documents in original

Stay away from this poor excuse for a company
"Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At QuadraBay, we take customer feedback seriously and strive to address every issue promptly and effectively." Sound familiar? Read the QB replies for every negative review. It's the same C&P rubbish that just serves to give an impression that they're doing something without actually ever doing it.
Their phone number does not work, which they'll try to negate by posting it in the reply to their reviews. Don't fall for it. One number doesn't work at all and the other goes into an option loop.
Their progress dates are auto-generated and don't represent the actual dates.
Their emails are simply a copy and paste without resolution.
Finally, they'll take your money and not complete the service you paid them for in a timely manner.
My application has been stuck with them for over 3 months!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not use QuadraBay to verify your university degree for the UAE Ministry of Education. This company is very poorly run. Customer service is nonexistent. If you call their customer service number ( +971 600 566 777) to enquire about the status of your application or to resolve technical problems, you will be asked to press 5 to speak with someone. When you do that, it takes you back to the menu options ("Press 1 for this, 2 for that..."). There no way to speak with anyone. They do not reply to chat messages on their website. Email response time is a few days, but the replies seem automated and do not address your specific concerns. QuadraBay asked me to submit my authorization letter for my university 5 times -- each time, asking me to fill in a different local agent name, then finally asking for a wet signature instead of a digital one. After half a year of this, QuadraBay told me it was unable to process my request. They charged me AED 618! For nothing! So I have gone with VFS Global instead, which also verifies degrees.
