I'm extremely disappointed with the services provided by Quadrabay. My application has been pending for an unacceptable amount of time, and the lack of transparency and communication from their team is appalling.
What's even more frustrating is the payment debacle. My credit card was charged TWICE for the application fee, and despite sending four emails, I'm yet to receive a refund. The agents seem to be ignoring my emails, and I'm starting to feel like I'm not their priority.
The worst part is the unprofessional response from their team. No clear updates, no apologies, and no resolution in sight. It's like they're not taking their customers seriously.
Unless they improve their customer service and resolve my issues, I would strongly advise against using Quadrabay for your needs. The lack of accountability and transparency is a major red flag.
* If you're considering using Quadrabay, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and potential payment issues.

Sadly a Government encouraged scam due to lack of permitted other options in the UAE
Sadly the way the handle things have all earmarked for a scam:
- money up front
- months long process
- rejection for arbitrary reasons that cannot be fulfilled
- request to restart a new process and pay again without saying what needs to be done differently so setting it up to be rejected again
Sadly the government forces you in the UAE to work with them which correspondingly reflects on them.
The only option is to pay over and over again submitting the identical documents until they decide they scammed you out of enough money to let you pass.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an awful experience with Quadrabay. My Certificate of Recognition was over 9 weeks late, even with constant calls, emails, and chat follow-ups. My application was stuck in an IT glitch for over 5 weeks, and if a member at Quadrabay who is associated with the Ministry had cared to investigate, the process would have been fixed much sooner. Their chat, email, and even call replies are standard, typed-up, AI-style responses that do nothing to address the actual issue. The only way I was able to get my Certificate of Recognition was by going physically to the Ministry myself. Even though Quadrabay have a contact that sits at the Ministry, they still didn’t and couldn’t help me.
To applicants stuck in this loop: Take your application number and all your details to the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. If you are in Dubai, speak to an incredible woman called Rania she fixed my problem in 24 hours (I can’t guarantee this for everyone’s case, but it will be addressed with speed with her).
To applicants who have yet to apply, please don’t proceed with Quadrabay. If there’s an alternate your company allows, go with it!
Cons Summary:
• Certificate of Recognition delivered over 9 weeks late despite constant follow-ups
• Application stuck in an IT glitch for over 5 weeks without action from Quadrabay
• Responses are standard, typed-up, AI-style messages with no real resolution
• Ineffective escalation despite having Ministry contact
• Required me to personally visit the Ministry to get results
• Refused to provide a refund, as their standard policy is 24 hours after application is submitted

I applied for equivalency verification four months ago, but Quandrabay has not completed the process yet. Whenever I ask for an update, they always say the same thing — “Your application is still processing and in the final stage. We are trying to finish it as soon as possible.”
I have sent them more than 50 emails, but I keep getting the same reply — that the quality check is ongoing with MOHESR. I don’t understand what kind of quality they are checking with MOHESR that is taking this long.
During this time, I received a job offer, but I couldn’t join because Quandrabay did not finish the process. As a result, I lost the job. I don’t know what to do next.

I have missed my university application, because it takes already 2 months to verify my degree from one of the biggest University in Australia
They keep telling "it's at final stage from the ministry"
or
"Rest assured, you will be informed as soon as the application is finalized."
for 3-4 weeks the same story and no timeline. Can be next week or next year, I have no clue.
The issue is: you cannot contact Ministry of Education as they refer you to Quadrabay. Quadrabay keep telling we will provide update, when we will have one.
I have no idea whats going on, whether there is a mistake or issue or wrong papers were requested by Quadrabay to MoE
My future was directly impacted by this service, their business is to verify degrees and they cannot do that in timely manner or at least provide relevant information to the customer, who is worried about the result.
Try something else, save your money and time
Update July 2nd 2025:
I have been contacting Ministry of Education myself and been requesting constant update. I repeat I was doing the job of trying to get the process update, instead of a business I paid fee for degree verification
In addition Quadrabay has flagged my/this review for containing defamatory content.

Certificate Verification Process
I've had the worst experience with Quadrabay! Their feedback and communication are what irritate me the most. They always say that we are checking your application, and we are doing our best to finalize it at the earliest. They rarely answer their phones, and their email responses are pathetic. More than 4 months have passed with no progress.
NOTE: Don't trust the previous 5-star rating. I think its all fake reviews; its all written on the same day.

I TOLD THEM EVERYTHING AND THEY INSTRUCTED ME TO HAND SIGN THE DOCUMENTS SO I DID.
THE ONLY NOTARY SERVICE I KNOW AND LEGIT IS THE NOTARY SERVICE FROM MY HOME COUNTRY EMBASSY HERE IN THE UAE.
I TOLD QUADRABAY THAT I WILL USE THE EMBASSY NOTARY SERVICE AND THEY SAID OKAY AS LONG AS I HAND SIGN THE FORM.
THE EMBASSY NOTARY SERVICE HAS THE LEGAL AND STANDARD FORMAT AND EXPECTATIONS.
NOW, THIS QUADRABAY IS NOT ACCEPTING THE DOCUMENTS FOR SOME REASON.

AVOID QUADRABAY FOR DEGREE VERIFICATION - COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I made the mistake of using Quadrabay for my University of Madras degree verification and deeply regret it. They promised completion by February 8th, but more than TWO MONTHS later, I still had nothing to show for my payment.
What's most telling: my colleague who submitted verification through other service provider AT THE SAME TIME already received their completed verification while Quadrabay couldn't even provide a realistic timeline for mine.
When I inquired about the delay, all I received were vague responses about "putting in a lot of effort" with zero specifics about what was actually being done. Their customer service is terrible - they don't respond promptly and offer no solutions.
When I finally requested a refund for their failure to deliver the service I paid for, they refused, hiding behind policies that conveniently protect them while leaving customers stranded.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and use other service providers instead. They actually deliver what they promise and respect their customers' time. I've heard from multiple colleagues now who had positive experiences with other service providers while Quadrabay continues to disappoint.
