They took 500AED from me wit the commitment of providing the equivalency attestation of my university degree.
Despite my several attempts to contact them and despite having provided them with the documentation requested , they closed my application and took the money .
This fraudolent business of QuadraBay should be flagged and shut down .

QuadraBay is a scam.
They are very responsive until payment is made—after that, everything stops. I submitted an original, verified degree from a well-known university only to obtain a Letter of Recognition. Even after 5+ months, and despite providing an official university verification letter for MOE UAE, they failed to complete the task.
The degree is genuine, equivalency was already issued, yet QuadraBay proved incompetent and misleading. Screenshots attached for awareness.

Worst verification company I have ever dealt with. After submitting my documents to Quadrabay, I personally contacted the university and they responded immediately. I reached the “report preparing” stage within 3 days from the university side, yet the Quadrabay team has taken 13 days and counting just to prepare the report—and it is still not finished. Every time I contact customer service to ask about the delay, the only response I get is “we usually take at least a month.” This is unacceptable, especially when the university itself was fast and cooperative. Extremely poor service and no sense of urgency.

UAE Degree Equivalency Experience with QuadraBay
Many people may be in the same situation as I was. When I applied, it was clearly mentioned that degree verification would be completed within one month. Based on this, I applied and waited, but there was no progress.
After sending multiple emails, I was informed that university verification had not yet been completed. I personally contacted the university controller, but the process still did not move forward. I continued to receive email responses, but without clear progress.
After reading Google reviews, I became worried that I might have applied at the wrong place. On 6 November 2025, I received an email confirming that my degree had been verified. However, the internal report was still pending. I was repeatedly informed that they were waiting for a clear report and later the AQRR report from the ministry. During this period, the expected completion date was changed 3–4 times, which added to the stress.
Thank you for successfully completing my UAE degree equivalency process. I truly appreciate your efforts, and receiving the final equivalency is an important milestone for my professional journey in the UAE.
My main suggestion is that QuadraBay should clearly mention the maximum possible processing time, rather than only an estimated one month, so applicants can manage expectations and avoid unnecessary anxiety.

be careful of this company , I applied for application 6 months ago and when i follow up after 2 months they said i didnt pay that why my application on hold even that i paid from day 1 , after sending them back the receipt they start telling there is problem in my university and when i ask them to send me any reference to follow up with mu uni they didnt give me anything and when i ask my uni to check if there is any application from this qudrabay they said nothing there so I ask to cancel my application and make refund and they reject

I engaged Quadrabay Verification…
I engaged Quadrabay Verification Services LLC on August 25, 2025, to verify my academic qualification. Despite providing all required documentation multiple times, the process dragged on for nearly three months with zero transparency, repeated delays, and no accountability.
On November 21, after weeks of frustration, I finally received a call from Quadrabay at 7:00 PM. Instead of resolving the issue, the representative made an ignorant and insulting suggestion that I was the cause of the delays—an absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional response.
I requested a full refund during that call, which was initially declined. Later that evening (8:10 PM), I received an email confirming that my refund had been processed.
This experience reflects a serious lack of competence, customer care, and integrity. I have now formally cancelled my service and escalated the matter to the relevant authorities.
Avoid this company at all costs if you value professionalism and timely service.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I am trying to obtain a certificate of equivalence for my educational certificate through this company.
At this point, my application has been pending for six months (since June), and they refuse to give me any kind of timeline. The staff are completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I'm not sure that working with Dataflow will be any better, but you can try — it can't be worse than Quadrabay.

The worst is that they are confirming that no response from the university and clearly they are lying
Obviously it is a fraude and i will be raising a complaint the ministry in Kuwait about this

how to raise complain quabray
I have been facing an unacceptable delay in my degree equivalency process for over two months. Despite sending hundreds of emails and messages, I only receive the same automated computer-generated responses that every customer gets — with no real action or update from the Quadrabay team.
I personally contacted my university, and they clearly confirmed that they have not received any email or verification request from Quadrabay regarding my degree. I have shared all the evidence with their team, yet they continue to waste my time and money.
Quadrabay appears to be operating irresponsibly, misleading customers, and exploiting people who trust their services. This is not just poor service — it’s a scam that is damaging the future of many applicants.

Very disappointing experience. The estimated time provided was completely wrong, and there has been no proper support at all. Every time I follow up, I receive the same generic response “under process” without any real explanation or progress.
