Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Extremely poor and unprofessional service. They ask you to pay additional fees mid process for no reasons, they also ask you to do the job they are paid for and reach out yourself to the schools and provide additional documents they are supposed to check and worse than that - they have made a mistake in my passport number on the report and say they can't update it on the online application which is preventing me now from moving to stage 2 and ask for my equivalence certificate from the minister.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been patiently waiting for over a year, but my application status remains unchanged despite submitting all required documents and payments. Despite multiple follow-up emails to the Quadra Bay team, I have only received vague assurances that it will be processed "soon," which has not happened.
As a customer who has been repeatedly given false hope, I now request the contact details of the legal team to escalate this matter.

Helpless mom jobless for months because of delay in verification.
For months I am not able to support my family and my day to day life is effected due to the delay in verification. I have children and family to support.
I request Quadra bay to help as I cannot start working unless they approve my certificate. The institute has already sent their support then why is it taking so long.

Extremely Disappointing Service
I am thoroughly disappointed with Quadrabay’s handling of my case. After more than six months, there has been absolutely no progress. The responses I receive are merely repetitive, automated messages generated by AI that deflect responsibility onto the university without offering any real solutions or accountability. This lack of competence and unwillingness to take ownership of the process has been extremely frustrating. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I submitted my application on 22/10/2024, up to now, there is nothing happened. They are not accessible by phone or direct. Repeatedly answering that university is not replying. But they are not taking any follow-up with university. They are not serious about customer’s valuable time. It will affect customer’s life.

This company is a waste of time and money
This company is a waste of time and money, started the verification process at the end of September and still waiting. They seem at have a standard excuse email with no real customer support. In frustration I initiated my own verification search with my ex-university and got the process resolved in 3 days.

Extremely disappointed with the verification process. It started at the end of March and has been dragging on endlessly. Every time I emailed for an update, I received a response or action only once every 20 days. This is unacceptable and reflects horribly on the level of service provided. The continuous struggle for updates and the lack of timely communication have been frustrating. Horrible service!
