Delay and lack of response…
I have been waiting for the verification of my certificate for nearly 70 days. Upon inquiring about the delay, I received an immediate response stating that the delay was on my university's side. I contacted the university directly, and they requested proof of the verification fee payment.
When I reached out to Quadrabay to ask for proof of payment, they did not respond. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I did not receive even a courtesy reply acknowledging that they are working on it.
Unfortunately, I am sending the emails to same address you have provided in your response. But there's no answer till now

I wish that I checked QuadraBay rating…
I wish that I checked QuadraBay rating here before submitting my application. More than 2 months and they couldn’t verify my Engineering PhD degree from the largest University in the USA. Everytime, I got the same email when asking about my application status. The worst ever. It’s a waste of money.

Zero communication
They do not have a way to reach them on the phone. They do not reply to my mails and they are not cooperating with the university even after I got into touch with my university. My university even informed me that they are waiting for them to reply. They are way over the due date and nothing changed since then. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

B.Ed Equivalency certificate
I uploaded my B.Ed Genuineness certificate with my B.Ed certificate and transcripts of mark sheets in the first week of September for my Equivalency certificate. They asked me to provide more mark transcripts, whereas when I studied B.Ed, it was only for one year. I wrote to them that I don't have any more mark sheets to give them. They are still asking for additional documents. I am now confused and awaiting clarification from them as to what documents need to be submitted further. Every time I mail them, the reply is the same. Submit all documents :-(

No calls answered, no clarity, applications appear to take a month but often take five months or are never completed.

The most disgusting and fraudulent company with no values and ethics. Cheating applicants for so any years. One of the largest organized scams. They will take your application and not respond for 4 months then ask for some random documents/ more money and never respond. Its been a year post my application and they just dont bother

What is the point of paying a service when you dont get a response or results
What is the point of paying a service for Quadrabay to verify your degree when they dont even bother to return to your emails (unless its automated) and dont pick up the phone or return your calls. I submitted my application on the 4th July and as of the 12th September this is still not resolved. I have now reverted to speaking to my university directly to see if they have received any communications from you, of which I am not surprised to hear that they have no records even though when I have managed to speak to a representative at Quadrabay they assure me that they have. Quadrabay even asked for additional money as this was requested by my university which I paid on the 9th July, though when contacting my university today they state they never received this and that I would have to pay them directly. REALLY what it the point of this service and why is the UAE Government using them for verification of residents degrees when they obviously dont know what they are doing. I would appreciate a response to my application a.s.a.p.

Very Poor Service and Response
I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issue regarding the equivalency process of my certificate, which was promised to be completed within a two-month timeframe. Unfortunately, it has now been well over that period, and the status continues to show "in process" with no updates provided.
What is more concerning is the complete lack of communication. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out via email, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. I had also requested the escalation matrix in one of my previous emails, yet there has been no follow-up on that either.
This lack of responsiveness and clarity is extremely disappointing and frustrating, as it leaves me unsure of how to proceed. I kindly request that you provide me with a clear update on the current status of my equivalency process and share the appropriate escalation process should this delay continue.
I trust that you will prioritize this matter and ensure that it is resolved as soon as possible.
