Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been waiting for over a month to receive my equivalency, and there's been zero communication from their side. They don't respond to emails or calls, and their phone system is a frustrating loop that never connects you to a real person. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend their services. I needed my equivalency done to secure my admission in PhD but it seems i will lose the slot.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Been waiting for them to issue the equivalency for over a month. They don't respond to emails or calls. Their phone bot goes in circles and doesn't direct you to a customer service rep. Terrible experience and do not recommend. I was hoping to get my golden visa before I returned to Canada but these guys have held me up for more than a month.

Horrible!

Horrible!
1- They claim it costs 350aed but then keep asking for more money. I kept emailing asking what are these payments needed for but they never replied.
2- They havent made any progress on my application for 3 weeks! Then 1 week before their delivery date, they put my application on hold asking for missing documents that they should provide (some report from quadrabay), endless cycle, this resulted in delays.
3- Customer service does not respond to questions in emails, they just have one answer to all emails “we will forward your query to the concerned department” and never answer the queries. Its like they have no clue whats going on.
4- Their phones are on hold forever!

Conclusion: horrible! Dont use them!

I strongly advise against using Qbay…

I strongly advise against using Qbay services. My experience has been extremely disappointing, characterized by laziness and unprofessionalism. Since March, my request has been pending, and their constant excuse is that the university isn’t responding. However, every time I’ve reached out to the university, they’ve replied within 2-3 working hours. The university has even expressed concern over the delays caused by Qbay. Save yourself the frustration—don’t waste your time, money, or energy on them.

They totally unprofessional

They are totally unprofessional, it took more than 3 months to get something in writing, from last three months they keep saying university is not replying, when I said I am in contact with university and they did no see any request from your side, I suddenly on 15 Aug 2024, received email university replied and they are completing my application, on 16 Aug 2024 I received email that they need mode of study on official letter/certificate from myside on University , (that should asked by them from university while verify). Status bar while tracking application showing application from starting point again I submitted my application on May 2024, with completion aprox 1 month.

Now as per tracking application is started again and showing completion date again next 1 month.

contacting on their phone never works.
contacting on their support email is standard reply and routine reply we are working on it.
I already logged complain to MOE.

Update after reply,

as this reply from Quadra Bay again as standard, like they sent to other, let me also mention again, sending email to their support also the same they sent standard reply they are working on it.

But nothing happens

i have called your customer service but still no effective response.
I believe that handling this situation over the phone or Email may not be effective. Therefore,please request that someone be sent to the university in person to follow up and ensure that the issue is addressed promptly.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the prolonged delay in processing my equivalency certificate. Despite following up for more than a month, I have yet to receive a resolution.

I find it highly concerning that I am being asked to provide the contact details and email addresses of my university, which I believe should be the responsibility of your team. As a verification company, I expected a more proactive approach, such as directly visiting the university or utilizing your resources to do so,

Bad service

I'm shocked by looking at majority of the comments they are so true. I have been following since 2 months now I received no proper response. First they collected all documents and again charged extra as university fees, after one month when I contacted them they said payment is pending when I showed their payment approval mail they suddenly said university is not responding, which means they have just wasted my one month without doing anything. I'm totally disappointed with the service and will register complaint soon. I hope I will get justice...and I feel sorry for the people who are going through same pain as mine.

Worst service

A one star rating is overly generous!

It's been nearly two months ago when I submitted my dual language degree (one was in English) and yet QB is not even able to read that the document is in English! They keep sending me automated reminders to submit an English translation over an official English document. I cannot understand how the MoE allows mandating the use of such unprofessional service provider that disregards customer requests and keep sending robotic reminders whilst they are the one not responding! I was also contacted to pay additional fees requested by my university, however there is no explanation provided by QB on the outcome despite my follow ups and prompt payment of the requested fee. I wonder if the owner of QB and the MoE has ever seen these Google reviews!...

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using Quadrabay for my equivalency certificate. I submitted my documents on December 28, 2023, with the assurance that the process would take 25-30 working days. However, it has now been six months, and I have yet to receive my certificate, far exceeding the promised timeline. The processing was significantly delayed, and despite numerous attempts to get the issue resolved, Quadrabay has failed to provide a satisfactory solution. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has been extremely frustrating.
Throughout the entire process, Quadrabay demonstrated a severe lack of communication. My emails were left unanswered sometime, leaving me without any current updates or information about the status of my documents.
Overall, my experience with Quadrabay has been frustrating and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and question how the Ministry of Education (MOE) could hire such an unprofessional company. Every time I contacted Quadrabay, I received the same unhelpful response. I didn't receive any response despite following MOE customer service instructions and sending emails with MOE in CC.

QuadraBay- UAE Bad experience


I am having a very bad experience with QuadraBay, these guys are unprofessional! I applied for two certificate verifications and paid 614.25 AED on 24 April 2024, they quoted one price and then kept asking for more and more funds giving fake excuses like the university has asked for a fee to process your verification (46.54AED/certificate..total 93 AED extra) in addition and did nothing at all. I checked with my universities and they told me that nobody has contacted them when these folks told me that they are working diligently with the university to get the document verified and universities are delaying the process (surprisingly, two different universities but same response ;-)). They promised me to complete the process in a month and It's been close to two months now and no clear timeline as to what and when the work for which I've paid will be done!

Surprisingly I don't understand why the Ministry of Education has selected & approved this company, please tell me how to report about them to the Ministry and get my money back.

After two and half months..these guys have updated me today with the below message...

Dear AKBAR,

Please be advised that after sharing the results that we got from your university with the Ministry, they have requested you to provide proof of the college’s accreditation + a letter from the university stating the location of the exam and the beginning and end of the study to proceed with the equivalency.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Quadrabay Dubai. Despite their claims of being a professional legal company, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. I applied to evaluate my certificate two months ago, and since then, I have received no response.
Their customer service is appalling. They don't attend phone calls, and their chat services on the website are completely unresponsive. It's as if they don't care about their clients at all. I expected much better communication and efficiency from a company of their stature.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for legal services. Quadrabay Dubai is unreliable and unprofessional.
