Buy High Street and Designer clothing for a lot less than the original high street price. We're a little like TK Maxx, but we're a small family run business based in Surrey, UK. - A lot of our stock has it's original brand labels removed or disguised, but the quality is the same, you just pay less! Plus the labels aren't seen when you wear it, let's just say it's our little secret. - Same day dispatch (order up to 3pm). Free Standard UK Delivery (Over £35) using Royal Mail. Next-Day delivery and Special Delivery are available for you too. - You also have 30 days to make up your mind and decide if you want to keep or return an item.

The dresses I bought were absolutely beautiful. This was also sweetened by the fact that they were a lot cheaper than buying from the brand itself. The service was great too. Thank you.

Dear Linda
Many Thanks for your kind feedback!
We are sorry that the item did not fit you as expected, please remember that we offer exchange in case a smaller item would be better.
One of our customer service team have contacted you to discuss the refund, if you could kindly check your email and get back to us, that would be great.
We look forward to serving you again in the future.

Poor customer service
I have happily purchased from this company several times however the last item I purchased was clearly labelled incorrectly. I bought through eBay and contacted them accordingly to arrange a return which I had to pay for. They said once the item was returned they would measure it and if it came up small they would refund the postage.
They did neither and are now saying they cannot refund the postage because I did not open a faulty return through eBay, just notified them.
It’s a small amount it is the principal and if they’ll behave badly on this amount what else might they do.
It’s a shame because I’ve found them reliable and good value previously but they won’t be getting my custom again.

Dear Jacqueline,
we're sorry to read your review. As we explained in our communication, when you purchase through eBay, if you felt that the item is faulty, you need to open a return based on the item being faulty, that way you will be sent a postage-paid returns label and not be left in the position where you will have to cover the postage. This process is written on the paperwork which we include with each order.
We have provided a full refund but cannot send more money than you paid as the eBay system does not allow us to make overpayments to you. We agree it's a small amount but sadly the eBay process does not allow us to go beyond this.
We are sorry to have lost your custom and will always look to serve customers to the best of our ability.
best wishes

The service is quick
The service is quick, the clothes are good but the returns process could be much better. It would be helpful if returning items was more convenient. Eg print returns label or QR codes and deduct cost of returns from refunds.

Dear Jody,
We are very sorry to read your feedback and learn that you are disappointed with the quality of the Seasalt item you received. We sold over 1.500 units and this is the first time we have received feedback like this for that item. The item is already 70% cheaper than the price customers would pay at the official retailer and there was an extra 15% discount on the date of the purchase.
Just to clarify, this item is a summer shirt and, therefore, a very lightweight material.
We are very sorry that you could not find the instructions on how to return the item.
On the reverse of the invoice received with the parcel, there are instructions on how to proceed with returns and exchanges. On our website, you can also find at the bottom of the page a tab called "Returns", when clicking there it takes you to a page with all the information required.
We have put the link below for more information on how to return.

Dear Linda,
We are very sorry to learn you have received the incorrect item. This is not the standard of our services.
Our packing and dispatching system is very manual and despite our attention to detail and super care while doing this process, as we are humans, occasionally we can make mistakes. We are very sorry about that.
We always encourage customers to get in touch with us before leaving feedback, as we can put things right once we acknowledge the problem.
We have sent you an email, please get in touch with our customer service team to make sure we put things right.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
