BE VERY AWARE! I submitted an online quote request for an used engine. I received what I thought was a good price. According to the quote they indicated that the used engine included a 5 year warranty and been pressured tested. I emailed them and asked to confirm the price, the 5 year warranty and that the engine was pressured test. The ONLY response was the price of the engine increased ($2070 to $2450) nothing else. An immediate RED Flag because they never confirmed the 5 year warranty and if the engine been pressured tested. My gut feeling told me to move on because I felt this company was bad news AND after reading the bad reviews, I'm so happy I did. Also, be aware they are disguising under other names like SWEngine, Remann etc. They will most likely scam you out your money and send you a crate full of rocks! Be very careful!

If I didn't have to leave a star I would give them negative 0 stars this company is trash and I don't know who they been paying to write the reviews on the actual website cause they as hell do not deserve a 5 star rating....they will send you piece of trash engine that does not even work the refund will take about 2 months of none stop calling until somebody actually takes cake of it they will give you the run around and to not even tell you that even tho they send the piece of trash mottor that you now had to return because it does not work they will still charge you for return fee and restocking fee to keep half of the freaking money that you paid for a trash car part DO NOT BUT FROM THEM THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM THEY STILL KEEP AND MAKE MOST OF THE MONEY FROM YOU AND THE MANAGER SANCHO PIKE WILL JUST GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND THE COSTUMER SERVICE REPRS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE freak THEIR DOING AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM QUESTIONS THAT THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASNWER THEY JUST STAY QUIT THIS COMPANY IS SO UMPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NOTHING BUT FALSE ADVERTISING!!

So fraud and misrepresentation or at very least no due diligence. Take the vin and run a carfax if you cant get odometer reading, is that unreasonable?

Dispute with credit card company. they rejected it. Asked for rereview and have been sending them document after document. Am expecting need to sue

zero stars if possible. Ordered used engine Feb. 16. Shipment from Salem OR. Picked up by YRC on March 23rd. The engine was shipped 5 weeks after it was paid for. QUE claims to ship in 7-14 business days. They didn't have the engine they sold me, they shopped for an engine and found one in Salem OR! I live in MD.
Engine finally arrives in MD on April 6th, 7 weeks after funds had cleared my account. Paid $2,500 for the motor and a $500 "core deposit" to be received when the replaced core is shipped back. It took 4 phone calls over 4 weeks to get any response at all on where to ship it. Some guy in the shipping dept name DALE sends an email letting me know that it will be $679.54 to ship the core back. It will cost an additional $169.54 to have them ship it back to themselves, or I can "just keep the core at no additional cost". If I'm keeping the core, there is no shipping, not to mention any additional shipping charges. Where is my $500 core deposit?

We ordered an engine from Quality and everything went well (at least so far). We ordered a manual transmission and when it was put into the truck, it would not go into gear. We sent it back and they have handed us over to various people to no avail. They will not refund the price of the transmission. They refunded $256 of $1115. No communication of why, what was wrong, etc. We also paid to have the transmission installed, then paid to have it removed. Truck is my only vehicle and still unable to use it. I will update if there is any change, but not hopeful.

Engines are JUNK and warranty does NOT EXIST when you need it. I spend $1200 in an engine (junk) I never installed the engine because was STUK, I called they said many things... at the end short story: SCAM. they hang up on my many times. They know it's me. They show to be a company with REPUTATION but they are not. Call me if you want to know more about this 800-398-6320 Rudy from AUTO LATINO. I will do everything I have to to prevent people to be SCAMED.

If I could give zero Stars it would be zero stars but I can't. Please do not buy a motor from these people they are not good to work with the motors are not good. They are horrible people when it comes to communication or letting you know what is going on the motors are junk the people are disrespectful they will not call you back and when they do call you back they will hang up the phone on you when you ask them too many questions and they are not happy with it. This company is not somebody you want to deal with. The warranty on their work is a joke they lied to you about how much they will pay you out or cover it is not worth dealing with this company. Please take my advice go somewhere else

Scam, don’t buy. 3 weeks in on purchase and still hasn’t shipped. Canceled order and still charging a restock fee. Beware

They sent me the wrong motor never told me I was getting a replacement or a refund. Then they took the motor back without giving me a proper refund or replacement. So now they have my money and the motor. Nothing but problems in every department do not buy anything from this company. Sancho Pike Lisa Joe Dale and DC Baker are all cowards.

Like pulling teeth to get your core deposit refunded and then you'll only get 25% back.
And just so you are aware, the is no qualityusedengines they're a front for a company called SWengines.
They threatened to void my warranty if I complained to my credit card company so...no warranty, I guess.

The worst service ever. Nobody answers the calls. Shipping manager is set to voicemail. Customer Service is negative not even zero. They say 7-14 days for delivery but they dont even process your order for 14 days. Let alone get it delivered. They market the engine at 30k then after placing the order they say the mileage is not guaranteed, then why would you market it for that mileage? Also when you cancel the order without even receiving, they charge 25% for cancelling. 25% for what just taking my money and not delivering the order?Straight out lying and looting. Please do yourself a favor and never ever order from them.

This place sucks.BEWARE!!!! Sent me a engine a month later with a hole in oil pan.Did not even take off truck.Sent back mainly there was chunks of metal in bottom of oil pan with hole in it.Then good luck with this lady in returns that kept telling same thing 2 months later.This lady is clueless.Then after they located they refunded 300 of a $1400:00 and said to my credit card company that i cancelled order so by there terms i recieved 300.00,B-S after going back to credit card company 2 times 4 months later i got most of my money back.Place is a scam.I own my own shop and have been dealing with parts and lots over companys over 20 years.This was my worst experience in my 20 years.Please dont get scammed i warned you,

I see a lot of bad reviews and I feel for them people cuz I've had bad experiences elsewhere so I understand... I must have gotten lucky cuz I got a engine for a 2009 Lincoln MKS and it purrs like a new engine.... Idk much about engine but I know the one I got runs beautifully

Do not and I repeat do not buy from this company. We order an engine from them and only put 1100 miles on it and it blew up. I filed a claim. They sent us a motor that looked like a boat anchor. Our truck is a 2004 and the motor didn't even fit. Also I told them if they couldn't send us a motor to give us our money back. Out of 2600 we got 1260 back. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.

Total scam! They were happy to take my $$. Then when I did not receive the motor they said they could refund me and sent me a form to accept the refund. It stated on there there would be a 25% restocking fee. I told them I wasn’t going to agree to that. You first told me it would ship in 4-7 days. Then it became 7-14 business days. I told them then send me the motor, I did not return the form agreeing to paying $965 to cancel my order in which you failed to ship on time. I called numerous times (20-30) to talk to supervisor. Finally got through to one only to be told I was talking to the wrong department. He then transferred to another voice mail that never returned my call. Got two different numbers of supervisors only to have one go directly to voice mail, left several messages and no return call. Called the other one and the mailbox is full.
Prior to calling to talk to supervisors I had called the week before to get a “shipping” date only to be told the computers were down (3rd time I was told that when I called) only to be told they would email me that night to let me know. Never heard a word!
Spoke to a girl, Bev, in shipping only to be told well I had cancelled my order, I advised her I did not as I wasn’t paying you $965 for nothing I never sent the form back agreeing to it. She advised me she would look into it and email me the status. 4 days later a partial refund was sent with them keeping $965.50.

Who ever is reading this listen to all of the people posting they sale rusty broken engines to regular people not including companies and they are dishonesty about reviews on there website they hide delete or don't post the real reviews this company is fraud please call lawyer BBB when dealing with this company PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE AND THESE REVIEWS!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS.

Sent a bad engine and refused to refund, I paid $2645 for a engine that was rusty and motor locked. Warranty dept said I had 10 days to install after I got it but I had to wait on the mechanic shop and they said warranty voided, I waited over 2 months after I paid before I got it. never do business again
