I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. The transmission was junk when I got it . They have spent alot of time organizing what I think can only be a scam . Please take my warning and shop elsewhere

Do not use this company, i ordered minicooper engine, they send me wrong one, they took back they never refund money, dooooonnntttt use thisssss companyyyyyy

It took 6 weeks to get the engine. When it arrived. It was completely rusted and had holes in it, they lied and said they tested it before shipping it

Very rude people when you ask about all there reviews being bad and that noone has left one that said they actually recieved a good motor they get rude say oh its the mechanics fault they didnt get a refund or another motor or customers and then they hand up on you very very bad place to deal with very rude and sell all junk nothing works.

The engine I received was totally rusted, had holes in it now I'm in a fight to get a refund

This is a scam company do not buy from them. Sent us an engine that defective. Sent the Engine back. The cost was 2620.00 would only refund us 1475.00, after fighting for 6 months. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU.

The worst experience ever. I got an engine and I need a paper from them it took me about three days until now and I still didn’t get it. The guy who should send me the paper never pick up the phone call. (( Sanju))
I tried to call the supervisor but he is the same never pick up the phone call. When I called sales department they transfer me to those two never picks up the phone calls.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!. I repeat do not order anything from their website! They will SCAM you. This is a scam website just like all the people below me with ALL 1 star reviews. They do not answer their phone. Or return phone calls. Once you order the parts they will not change anything and charge you a restocking fee. I am a Service Manager at a Dealership and I have never seen such HORRIBLE customer service. I cancelled a order 1 1/2hrs after I ordered an engine for a customer and they charged over $600.00 for a restocking fee?? The order never processed. I am in process of contacting BBB and will be filing a claim in small claims court. They are currently under investigation from the states D.A. I repeat this is a scam site. They are stealing peoples money all over the USA. See all the reviews below if you have been stolen from also. There is a lot of information of where to file claims. I have never seen anything like this before the SCAM is real. They do not have a warehouse! They are just brokers and middlemen. DO yourself a favor and call a real auto dismantler. All of their comments on their website are all fake! Great news though there is no way they can stay in business doing this to so many people. SCAM AND HORRIBLE

I bought a engine from this company which was supposed to have 66k miles on it. My mechanic replaced it and it didnt even work. I called and was transferred from this person and that person. Until they finally say that they cant honor my warranty and basically im out of $1000 for a engine that was bad and I also have to pay my mechanic for services rendered but the car still doesn't work....I'm tight . This company is very unprofessional and a big scam.....

Bought a engine and had it installed. The engine was bad and needed replaced. They will not get back with me on the warranty I got with the engine. I have had to spend an extra $3000 to get the engine repaired. I have contacted the AG's office in Wis. They have pending litigation over this type of conduct with others. If you have a problem contact them so we can put these type of business out of business.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! Sold me a junk engine that made it 6 miles down the road only had 3psi oil pressure, I called them and they said they would send a new engine well it’s been 8 weeks and still no new engine. Shipping department claims they don’t even have an engine to send me amd hung up on me!!! So my truck I make money with is sitting for 4 months now because of this horrible company and there brutal customer service!!!! I plan to sue them they’ve cost me tens of thousands of dollars in down time.

My mechanic installed the engine,but,didn't work,,it was overheated,it was 2 years ago,,my mechanic and l ,,we are still wearing,,for another engine,,l will wait 10ore years,,until they return my money,or send me other used bad engine.

The sent me a engine supposedly tested when installed NO COMPRESSION ANY CYLINDER! They eventually sent replacement engine but denied the labor telling me took to long. The shop I took it to almost told me to f off. They said they always send junk! STAY AWAY

I purchased an engine for a 2007 Jeep commander, the crate had damage and the oil filter and oil pan were damaged I tried calling but they never responded, so my mechanic replaced the oil pan and filter, had a lot of problems with relearn, now it is knocking and they are now saying that their 60000 engine they sold me only has a 60day warranty. I will never forget how they can lie to you and get away with deceiving there customers. I will never buy anything from quality engines. The one star is to high for this fraudulent company. They do not deserve 1 star! Please read this review! I wish I had looked further into this Terrible so called company. I am currently disputing my charges due to the damaged, unusable motor I received and the run around I have gotten from day one about fixing this issue or standing behind what they claim to offer. I have been hung up on more than a handful of times. My emails and calls will not be returned and I paid $2450 for a engine you can't use due to the motor mounts being cracked, stripped and some place welded together. On the deliver receipt my mechanic sign at delivery it states the engine was damaged, it also shows the shipper being some guy in VA Beach area and This company being the one to bill. This leads b
Me to believe they sell parts on behalf of other people and thus is why I have been given the run around. But to make things worse the shipping company stated they (Quality Engines) should have sent me a BOL, bill of landing to have this piece of trash sent back, but they did not send it to me but had the shipper come out to pick it up without letting me know but too the shipper couldn't pick it up without the BOL. Just shows even more run around they have given me and discreet on their part. They only thing Quality about this scamming company is your TIME reading not only my review but the thousands others!!! I wish I could add pictures! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE AN ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE!

This company is a huge scam and so is their warrantee. They sell engines that are in completely poor condition and then wont accept a return. They say that the motors are exceptional and so you pay extra but then get a broken motor that even my mechanic recommended that i didnt use.
So many problems faced with this company that i cant even list them all. Absolute joke of a company and when you call them to resolve a problem they hang up on you or dont answer.

This is such a shame that these folks are able to get away with what they are doing to people. Just remember (owner and employees) of Quality Used Engines, everything you do will come back to you. It could be in the form of financial devistation, heart break, sickness or even death. When it happens you will know why so dont ask God why.....

this company is a fraud they will send you any garbage engine and will be hard to return it do not buy used engine in quality used engine I'm having a hard time returning a junk engine full of rust that was sent to me from this company

We bought a motor in November. They delivered the wrong one. Took 2months to get the right motor. Spent a lot of money having it professionally installed only to find out that the motor is BAD!! We enabled the warranty and here We are 7 months later WAITING for a response from warranty department and shipping of yet again ANOTHER motor! I just want to be able to drive my car again! Worst experience EVER!!
