These fashionable designs, originality, culturally opulence and detail descriptions and depiction of an extraordinary product unlike any other brand that I have come across. My wife,and daughters, as well as my granddaughter love these culturally inspired gifts. Also the marketing campaign is one in a million.

Unfortunately I never received my product due to their negligent shipping process. The company was not willing to reship my order nor refund my money. I will be steering clear of them going forward. Terrible experience as a first time buyer.

Not the greatest quality. The “premium leather” looks and feels like vinyl or like they call it, vegan leather. The strap that’s supposed to be leather is definitely pleather. Don’t get me wrong, the print on the bag is nice, but the quality of the leather doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up much. If you need it in a hurry, like for a birthday, order it 3 months in advance. It takes forever to get to you. I think they’re made in China and have to go through customs. That’s the only reason I can think of why it took so long to get it.

My only knock is the delivery time it took a while but that could be due to the holiday.

I ordered two bags,seemed like I received two purses. The actual sizes differ from their website and the delivery times are entirely too long..
One item is correct and the item is totally wtong.
Ordered November 25th , and received the bags Decembewrong.

I waited so long to get this bag and to have a crease running from side to side is not what I expected. The packaging does not hold up to being mailed. This bag should have been in a box so that the box would take the abuse of a mail facility. I am disappointed. Twice you have failed me. No more. I wish I could put a picture of the paper packaging and the damaged bag.

I had bought the bag for gift for my best friend and come to think about it she was thinking about getting the bag herself so she was very excited and the experience was very very good thank you very much...

Delivery took a little longer, but support was helpful. The Sacred Grain Handbag looks amazing and feels high quality. Very satisfied.

I have to say I am disappointed with finished results of this product. Attached is the picture on your website next to a photo of actual product. The website photo looks well made , colorful and embossed.. the actual product looks like plastic. I had planned on this as a Xmas present but would be embarrassed to even present this to my wife. Mot sure I would even present to my 14 year old daughter . Be prepared for the return of this product and a full refund.

Horrible return policies, purse shipped in a plastic bag without any protection and had damage, they suggested a home made remedies that didn't work and gave me the run around.

Very dissatisfied with my order! Due to the printed material design on the purse and stains that on both sides of the purse that looks very tacky and poor quality. I have complained to customer service about this issue and they still deny me a refund to return item. I would never in life order from this non professional company again. Poor purse quality. This was definitely not premium leather quality nor up to par to be gifted to an Elderly women for a Birthday gift! Save your money from ordering here. They are a ripp off! Need to be sued!!! People work hard for they money for a company to ripp them off like this. This company needs to shut down. Very distasteful and unprofessional! Sent out defective products and stains from designs being made in production without correcting the issue or remaking it to quality liking. Very distasteful!!!! I ordered the Addis Ababa Classic Shopper Tote and absolutely love it, the leather feels premium, the color matches perfectly, and the stitching is flawless. My only tiny complaint is that shipping took longer than I expected, but the bag itself made up for it. It's stylish, roomy, and versatile. I've already had coworkers compliment it several times!

This company keeps sending me information that the merchandise was delivered, however it was not delivered to me. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of nearly $400 and they will not refund my money ! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I am furious because i don't have the merchandise and they won't give me my money back. Don't be bamboozled like i have been. Spend your money elsewhere!
