Do not recommend!
The lenses that I ordered were never sent & it took over a month to receive a refund.

Unfortunately, your order got lost in transit and it took a while for us to confirm that from our delivery company.
We sincerely apologise that this postal service was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Slowlens
Doesn’t live up to the name. Try change to slowlens. Delivery arrived 8 weeks later. Poor updates and had to contact directly to find out where it was.

Please be advised your order items are custom manufactured (Toric lens) upon order confirmation. Some prescriptions may take up to four weeks or longer to be dispatched as we explain on the product page.
Unfortunately, our distribution centre could not receive your order items sooner and it did take a lot longer to dispatch your order.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will look into it if we can improve our service for future customers.

Very competitively priced, it may take a little longer to receive items compared to other companies but they are very reliable and the lenses are good quality, I have been using Quicklens for many years and I am very happy with their service and products.

I bought my lenses from you for a fews years. Always had a cheaper quick experience with no complaints. Unfortunately, my error order the wrong lenses this time. A quick response to my questions & a refund without any effort. I'd recommend this service 100%.

Your order was dispatched on 30/09/2024 and delivered on 03/10/2024.
Unfortunately it did take 4 weeks for our distribution center to receive your items.
Your ordered item is custom ordered and may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched as we mention on the product page,
