Please be advised your order items are custom manufactured (Toric lens) upon order confirmation.
Unfortunately, our distribution centre could not receive your order items sooner and it did take a lot longer to dispatch your order.

Please be advised that some of your order items were custom manufactured (Toric lens) upon order confirmation and some prescriptions may take up to four weeks or longer to be dispatched as we explain on the product page.
Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay, we will look into it if we can improve it for our future customers.
