It was quick and easy to order a repeat supply. I even received a reminder to reorder at just about the end of my previous supply of lenses. Payment was easy too. Prompt delivery means I have never run out of lenses.

My order took almost two months to arrive, and when I followed up with Quicklens, I was given false delivery information.

Terrible eye contacts
I’ve used almost 3 pairs but I only had it for 2-3 weeks now. The contacts were terrible, it was too loose and didn’t sit right on my eyeballs. The other day I was at work, and I didn’t know it came out until one of my collegues said that something was sitting on my eyelashes and it was the contact. It didn’t feel right at all maybe I’ll just stick with specsaver again because this is not worth it.

All contact lenses are made under very strict guidelines however,
sometimes in the manufacturing process defective lenses can occur
although this is rare.

Order not dispatched.
Has been over 10 weeks since I ordered contact lenses and they still haven't been dispatched from their distribution centre. Contacted customer service who said they would be sent in 2 days but they still haven't been sent.

I had to follow up why my order hadn’t arrived whereas I could have been informed or asked if I’d like what was available to me now

Please be advised your order items are custom manufactured (Toric lens) upon order confirmation. Some prescriptions may take up to four weeks or longer to be dispatched as we explain on the product page.
Unfortunately, our distribution centre could not receive your order items sooner and it did take a lot longer to dispatch your order.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will look into it if we can improve our service for future customers.
