Excellent Service and Insurance
Recently renewed my car insurance with RAC because not only were they able match the more competive prices on a comparison website, The excellent Tom (customer service agent) was also able to lower my voluntary access and provide a refund by updating my personal details.

RAC car insurance is affecting my…
RAC car insurance is affecting my mental health.
I've tried now on the online portal (over 12 times)to change the car on my present policy.
All I get is "sorry it looks like where having technical problems".go back.
The only option I think I have is to cancel and take a quote I have elsewhere.
Please don't reply saying the change can be done on line because it can not.
