Jack was very helpful as we needed to go over every thing I was doing. It involved 4 accounts. Jack was a huge help and spent the time and effort to make sure every deposit went into the right account. Your the best Jack!!

Patient and helpful
The Raisin representative was extremely patient and helpful getting me through the online verification process and then explaining how to proceed with managing my CD afterwards. He encouraged me to call again if I have any problems, and I think he meant it!

No issues making deposits. Transfers were completed overnight so. next day the deposit was in my chosen bank.

My call was answered very quickly and the lady was very nice. I don’t care for the process of withdrawing funds. Having to put it in cash acct. then wait. Then move it to my bank and wait That cash acct is a waste of time
