Decent marketplace for high yield savings and CDs. However. If you want to change the checking account you’re using to transfer funds, you have to submit a service request and they require you to provide a bank statement of the account to prove you own it (something that is not needed at the initial setup). I find this bizarre. The only “proof” a bank statement provides is that a pdf has been created that matches the requested account. It’s easier to just open an account at another online bank.

I became aware of Raisin while browsing and was very suspicious of scamming possibilities because the offers seemed too good to be true. I researched more, spoke to their Reps and decided to take a chance. The Reps are very knowledgable (Leon--all of those that I had spoken to) and my bonus was deposited into my account without a hitch. What a great experience that was--so far-- I have yet to transfer funds out so am hoping that experience will be satisfying as well.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am 85 years old and would not recommend Raisin to any older individual. Everything was fine until I transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to Raisin. As soon as they got my funds they locked my account January 12 of 2026. First they asked for front and back of my driver's license which I provided. Then wanted a selfie which I provided. Then wanted a copy of my bank statement. I provided that and even provided a screenshot of my bank account. Then they said they needed a digital copy of my bank account which I provided. Last communication from support was January 16 saying the earliest they could provide update was Tuesday January 20 because of holiday. Well this is Tuesday and I have emailed support with absolutely no answer....
UPDATE: My account was unlocked 01/23/26. I can appreciate making sure information is correct. The delay was just concerning but everything is ok now.

If you can wait days to move your money this platform could be for you. Constant issues with logins bother you? Find another institution!

I am not able to log in my account on 1/16/2026 and it is just very frustrating to encounter the login issue but cannot address it immediately as I do need to access my savings. Now I have to wait atl east 3 days including the MLK holiday to be able to call the customer service. As a professional financial marketplace, it is just a red flag for customers to continue trust the platform.

Followed instructions for change of bank. Now was told that previous agent did not have the correct information. An email was promised before end of day to advise what else was needed. Email never came, Monday is a holiday and I'm stuck without any way of moving my funds

At a time when too few companies properly utilize web-based "Help Desks" and "Trouble Tickets," the team using them at Raisin is fast, thorough, and professional every time I use them. Great work!

The associate that I spoke with was I believe David. He was the best. explained everything, helped me navigate how to accomplish the reason for my call. He was so helpful I wish every company had a David. Loved his calming voice. We had a great conversion

The agent I dealt with was extremely helpful. What I don't like is, it's now Saturday morning and money hasn't been transferred yet. Unacceptable
