I bought their challenger package, the kit is ok and seems durable enough, the bag is roomy with plenty of pockets. On the leg pads, I do think the straps could do with being longer, as the middle one... Voir plus

I ordered a variety of kit.
I ordered a bat, but when it didn't arrive was told it was no longer available. I was offered no replacement or an apology. The bat remained in the web site for a number of days after my order. The helmets ordered were the wrong size and when replaced didn't arrive at the time/ date given. The kit itself is good and I'm happy with what I've purchased, but the delivery process a bit of a pain.

Hi Alasdair, I would like to apologise for the trouble with your order. You should have been offered an alternative and the member of staff who dealt with your enquiry has now been trained on this. The warehouse picked the wrong size helmet but I believe this was swapped over for you although we did have a little trouble with DPD. Initial misstep - but quickly corrected. Must care!
2 star initially : I ordered some cricket stumps from Ram to enjoy on holiday with the family via Amazon. Decided to wait a few days to get the "better ones" at a higher price as in stock, 5 days delivery. What a mistake. On the day of delivery an email saying they were out of stock and would be three weeks at least. What an unreliable company. How we do now find what we need miles from anywhere and soon to come home?
4 star now - within hours - the power of TrustPilot! - they had replied explaining the problem and offering an urgent free replacement tomorrow. Good diving catch guys. Appreciate it. Ben.

I have contacted you directly via Amazon to offer an alternative product which we can deliver on a next day service to you. I apologise that it seems you were not notified quickly that the item was out of stock but unfortunately this happened over the weekend and we have now updated our listing to show the extended delivery date. You should have been offered an alternative rather than just told the back in stock date - the staff member has now been advised of this.
We have refunded your order and the product is being sent to you today for delivery tomorrow.

Ordered a fielding coaching bundle and some spring loaded stumps in April. Part of order delivered in 3 parts, but still awaiting balls and stumps in July! Chaser email sent over a week ago and no response. Not good customer service!

Not impressed, incompetent
Ordered the Junior Cricket Set for my son's birthday, waited until the day before his birthday to chase up the order only to be told that the item was out of stock with more expected in 3 weeks time. The staff member insisted this was posted on the listing. I revisited the listing only to confirm I was correct and it was the 'senior' set was out of stock! I have been forced to cancel my order and now have less than 24 hours to find a replacement! I can foresee a very disappointed child....thanks a lot!!

Hello, I am sorry that we let you down with this order. The information on the listing was worded incorrectly and of course it should have said Junior, not Senior (although this information was written on the Junior Set listing). I have now corrected this and apologise again for this mistake on the listing. We did try to offer alternatives but unfortunately there was nothing suitable.

We received the kit yesterday and it looks absolutely fantastic. I was really impressed with the quality of the red kit that we ordered previously but was blown away by this. Aesthetically very pleasing as well as being of a high quality material.

Excellent service from Ram Cricket!
I purchased a Fusion Skyer practice bat from Ram cricket but initially didn't receive an email confirmation for my my purchase. I contacted the company by telephone and James Gabele was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with this issue. I received a email confirming my order shortly afterwards and received my bat within a couple of days.
The service from Ram cricket was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking for cricket equipment.

Excellent mini cricket set!
Very impressed - website price was cheaper that eBay or Amazon and we really rate the product - plastic but solid and high quality. Took it to the beach on Saturday and my four year old loved it.

Ram rugby have well and truly under promised and over delivered with my order for 300 mini cricket bats for Wolverhampton Cricket Club. We are hosting a ODI Visually Impaired International cricket match between England and India on bank holiday Monday 25th May. I wanted to sell 100 limited edition mini personalised bats and followin my original order the likely delivery date was advised as 3 days before the event. Whilst not ideal , as long as i had them that was fine by me. As it has turned out i got them last week! This means that i can get them all signed by both squads before the event and make them a truly unique souvenir of our event. Thanks very much for your service.

Having had a good level of customer service when ordering the item the over 2 week wait for the item at this time of year was a little frustrating. Indeed the order miraculously came the day after I phoned chasing the order - maybe it got forgotten!?!?

Great kit, need a little more reliability
Always love the kit, the range and the polite service. Only downside is that we've had two orders delivered with things missing and one with a mistake. If they can sort out the glitches, RAM will be a great company to do business with.
