My grandson really enjoys the online reading program. The teachers are very good at holding the attention of the children and they make it interesting therefore the children are learning.

Amazing program! I have seen huge progress on my son's reading comprehension and speed. Excellent teachers, books, and tutoring.

Amazing program! My husband and i signed our kid up for the program over the summer and he really enjoyed the program, He enjoyed the interaction with the teacher and the books used for the program. He started back to school this year a much more confident and eager reader. He now wants to read at least 2 or 3 books a day; if not more. Excellent program!

Great eight week program that helped build my son's confidence in reading and also helped him read more fluently. The homework assignments were very engaging and my son looked forward to completing them every week.

We began this program in the Fall of 2020 for my then 1st grader who was below average for her level. At the end of the program, which was in time for mid-year assessments her level increased to her appropriate level. I decided to enroll her in the program again during the summer to ensure she remained at her appropriate reading level for 2nd grade. We have seen a tremendous increase in her reading ability and confidence. I highly recommend this program.

The online reading program is fabulous! Everything taught in the sessions whether online or individual work is a total reinforcement for what is needed in fifth grade. I love how the teachers are cognizant of each student and include them in the discussions. I would recommend this program to anyone wanting their child to keep up with reading or challenge them to read upper level. It's a perfect program for kids who like to talk in small groups and share their ideas.

My granddaughter is so much more confident in reading. These lessons are perfect for 1st graders. l like the interaction with "Wordy" the star and the games they play. I would recommend this course to others. I have signed my granddaughter up for the Fall session as well.

My 5 year old son going into Kindergarten learned so much from this reading program. He was having so much trouble with phonics and this helped him tremendously. His teacher was great and he loves reading books even more now! I will definitely have him do this program again next summer.

My kids loved the program and the books. It helped them get more confident in reading to a group of other children. The class size was not too much and they received ample attention from the teachers. We are joining again for the fall session.

My child loved the 5th grade reading program. The selection of books were really great and he was motivated to read the lessons to prepare for the session. The facilitation was also great and he loved interacting with his peers and teacher. I would highly recommend this program.

I'm glad I signed up. My 5th grade son wasn't happy at first, but it didn't take long for him to get into it. The Zoom meetings intimidated him, but he had a great instructor who was animated and engaging. The first book, 'Tuck Everlasting', started off slow and wordy, and I began to dread getting into the program. However, by the third chapter, we didn't want to put it down. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was also a great read and my 7th grader sat in on the readings as well. We would read and discuss what or why something happened, which helped my son retain what he read. We were told what the books for the 5th grade program and he's onboard with starting a new class.

Great teacher that worked with my daughter for the summer into grade 2 lesson! Would highly recommend this program.

This reading program was definitely worth it. My 7 year old daughter completed a 8 week program this summer, and I can tell she reads more fluently. This will be our summer regime to keep her skills intact.

We enjoyed several of the reading classes/groups for 5th graders, but we were very disappointed by the Speed Reading, Writing & Study Skills Program for Entering 6th Graders.

The teacher was great. I'd give her and her lessons 5 stars.

But one of the two novels the group read was a repeat of a novel from a 5th grade group. There are so many amazing mid grade books. It was sheer laziness for the program to repeat a book in 2 different, but consecutive classes.

When a class ends, the program sends emails encouraging families to sign up for the next class. They know kids will do a 5th grade class, then an entering 6th grade class. So they know a lot of families will pay twice for lessons on the same book.

Pro Tip - Before you register for anything, ask what books are in the class.

My daughter knew how to read before I enrolled her in the program; but her reading fluency has gotten better.

Ansley is loving her class. I appreciate the fact that the person who registered us decided to place Ansley in a higher class. It has been very good for her. Also thank you for sending her two of my favorite books when I was a child. She is excited that she is reading books that I read when I was her age.

Excellent Program!!! I recommend it to all my friends to enroll their children. My son had Kinder and 1st grade, and now we started the 2nd grade, which is so good that I make no effort to have him sit an hour long. He started to like reading and does it before sleeping. Teacher are professionals and know how to have everyone participate.

The teacher was very engaging and my son looked forward to class every week.
