I’ve shopped a few times from real foods .. the website works .. ordering is straightforward .. never any problems ..they sell some food items which are difficult to find elsewhere eg organically produced barley miso in glass jars.

I have purchased bergamots from Real Foods several times over the last few months. They have arrived fresh the next day after packaging and have made very tasty marmalade. No doubt I shall be buying from them again

My first order went very smoothly, not the fastest but it was delivered from Scotland to South East England! Very well packaged, care was clearly taken. I also love that Real Foods is a long-running independent shop and I've already noticed some great products that are hard to find elsewhere. I took advantage of a 'manager's special' daily discount, hopefully I can find more competitive deals in the future. Recommended.

I’ve been ordering my rice milk from Real Foods for some time now. It’s always sent via a reliable courier, with tracking number. Customer service is good, too, they reply promptly to any queries

I ordered online between Christmas and new year and got it the next day, wrapped in a cardboard box with paper packing. Anything wrapped in plastic is plant based packaging that goes into the food bin to be composted. Real Foods is very environmentally conscious and I get what I need. Not really sure why I have to select the date I shopped because I get good service every time.

Excellent communication regarding orders and a very speedy delivery. If items are not immediately available the customer is advised. Lovely selection of quality products.

ReaFoods has gradually shifted towards selling brands, away from "ingredients". But the ingredients are still there, in droves, and very high quality they are too. Deliveries work well with good comms. Really helpful for living in the country.

I had been searching all over for a Crown Prince squash for our Christmas dinner. It seemed most places that had it would not send to us. I did one last search and to my delight Real Food’s site showed up and the posted to my area.

I looked around to make postage costs worthwhile and discovered they had Italian Chestnuts. If you buy the little string bag of them from big name grocery stores, leave those on the shelf and grab the Real Foods Italian chestnuts, the look pricey at first but if you love roasted chestnuts I promise the price is worthwhile. Each chestnut is enormous, they are at least 3 to 4 times the size of the usual shops chestnuts. We roasted a few this evening and we were glad we had only roasted a few as they were so filling! And the flavour was out of this world, they were soft and creamy. We will buy these ever year when available.

Ordering was easy, we had no issues, their response was quick and they kept us informed. The order arrived quickly and it was well packaged. I love their ethos or reusing packing material and nothing had plastic. We are trying to be single use plastic free and buying from shops who are not wrapping produce in plastic is a gold star shop. They provide great service, even at such a busy time of year! The big shops could learn a great deal from this small business!

I would not hesitate to recommend RealFoods.co.uk for good quality food at fair prices from a small business. I will be buying from them from here on out.

My only complaint is that I did not find them sooner! Give this shop a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I do not know what has happened last week but I am still waiting for my food items and no call back or email replies after calling several times and sending several emails and because of that I missed my monthly juicing! I could have ordered from some where else! Real foods where is my order????

Website was nice and easy to use. Order was delivered on time. Selection of products is great. Quality of products is fantastic. Highly recommend.

My husband was given some pumpkin flatbreads at a pub lunch when we were on holiday in Devon. It took me a while to identify them (Olina’s) and I was delighted to find them stocked by Real Foods. They arrived promptly and were well packaged, so no damages despite being a bit fragile.

then got a parcel-force link did not work, Thur 15:17 new email link still not working,
15:42 get a parcel-force email this being a parcel-force 24 hour express delivery.

checked today friday updates says 08.08 Coventry hub nowhere near me.
called real foods 9 times each one after the other each being 6 minutes in total before cut off.
every call said i was number 1 in line.
this means that no one else called during that time, or i was never number 1. all calls said email before cutting me off.
, WHY i want to speak to someone. to find my delivery.
either get people to answer their phone or don't let it get through, unless a phone line is free with a real person.
not in tomorrow pm so unlikely to get my order.
stop using companies that don't deliver in the 24hr,
left message on their site asking for a call back today ,guess what they never bothered and parcelforce link no longer active.
their items might be good but service non-existant
now saturday no update , no call back, no email back, so NO delivery, unable to get update via parcelforce.

Really great service fast delivery and great value from this Edinburgh whole food shop. Real foods manages to be very competitive with large online retailers and is cheaper for many Items. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Great company and swift delivery. There was an issue with my delivery that was not the fault of RealFoods. i emailed them and they replied very quickly and the matter was efficiently resolved. I would definitely endorse this company and expect to order from them again. Re the product; Deluxe muesli - very good quality.
