Scam, avoid! Orders never arrive and all comments / messages are hidden or ignored.

Not sure where to start.

Partially thought it was just me not receiving my order, but having seen multiple other reviews, it’s not just me having issues. This was the second time I ordered from here…originally, when the company first launched, I bought their pre-workout and it is very good, hence being a returning customer.

I ordered 2 pre workouts in January 2026 (lifting straps were added as an order bonus which I am not bothered about but yet to receive them either). After a week, I had notification from Royal Mail stating the label had been created, order on its way, great.

I’m then in April, still not received anything. I reached out to the owner on instagram and explained the issue, where he asked for the order number…faith restored. No response.

Having seen a post he put up in April, it stated to email a company email due to a back log of orders, which I did. I received an apology on Saturday 18th April off the top of my head, where I was told it would be here the following Wednesday…faith restored, again.

We’re now in June and nothing has been received. I reached out to the same email, which now replies with automatic bounce backs stating email is undeliverable. Whether I’m blocked or it’s deactivated, I don’t know.

I reached out to complain through the shop app, other emails connected to the company and the owner on instagram again, yet no reply.

I genuinely cannot discourage people enough to not buy from here. £50 down on an order, no option to refund, cancel and no items received.

If you’re considering buying this pre, go to a local supplements store or foundry gym where it might be sold, do not use the website.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 tubs of pre-workout from this 'company' in December of last year. I have still not received my order after 7 months. I have tried countless times to contact their customer service (which is equally as appalling) to no avail. None of my emails were responded to, and the only responses I got were generated 'discount' emails with no regards to my actual order at all. On the 8th of Feb I got another email saying my order is 'on the way' at which point I was feeling hopeful, I now realise I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up at all because even after this promising email, I still have nothing. I have also contacted them about a refund for my almost £50 spent there to go and buy better pre-workout elsewhere, but of course, as per the running theme with this company, I got no response. I would strongly advise anyone not to spend any money here as it is a waste of time, I have now seen you can buy much higher-quality items elsewhere. Absolutely dreadful company and they should be reported to trading standards.

Placed order September 25 still not received my tshirt hoodie or lifting straps guess I won’t be getting them either repeatedly emailed on all platforms forms stating order numbers still no goods

I don't how this company hasnt been closed down yet. My order was 4 months ago, got a message a on the 2nd April saying order on its way, by 48hr delivery. Well, it's been the longest 48 hrs ive ever experienced, and still nothing yet. I've messaged them, to no avail, they don't give a hoot about their customers. Im surprised action fraud are not all over this company. Absolute con.

I’ve had nothing but trouble since day one with them found plastic in the pre workout workout sent them proof of it no answer and ordered the power bundle in September with a t shirt and took a month for the bundle to come and I’ve sent countless emails and nothing and countless dms on instagram and he would say I’ll look into it but no sign of the t shirt to this day and it’s now may 20th and 4 weeks ago baker said on a YouTube comment when I asked about what’s happening with the t shirts he said he would refund the original and give me 2 t shirts from the collection and 2 weeks go by after a instagram dm no reply once again so sent him a screenshot of the YouTube comment and he said he’d refund me 30 pound for the t shirt and 15 pound for the pre workout due to the wait so he went back on his word about the t shirts and nothing but empty promises saying they’ll sort the missing t shirt out and I asked on a instagram post of his saying has anyone received their refund? And he dms me saying why not dm me rather than making weird comments on posts? Then he said you haven’t asked me or told me you haven’t received it so how could I know?

First order never arrived. After 3 months still hadn't received sp got refund through bank. Had spoken directly with Baker on instagram and he promised full refund and said he has duplicated the order to get me the items anyway. Never arrived. Placed another order once refund had processed. 15 days later no goods. Gone through bank for refund and bank says the payment is on repeat!!!! They have actually tried to put a repeat payment on my account without informing me. Also changed the company I.d. to one in dubai as well. This is a scam through and through. Refund email gets bounced back as the email address doesn't exist. They will not respond to any online enquiry form you send.

I understand you guys posted about being delayed ect as I do watch the YouTube content religiously, but I’m a bit anointed I placed an order 6 months ago! No replies to emails no replies on socials and tracking just says order placed. Ain’t happy at all

Been waiting over half a year for straps and other items that haven’t arrived still.. royal mail saying they haven’t recived the order and shop saying they can’t refund same as the bank… avoid at all cost “big boy baker” more like “big boy b**ch” he is nothing but a scammer he will take your money and lie blatantly to you by saying he will send them out in the following day.. to busy doing collabs and promoting other buisness rather than running his own and I’m willing to bet he will be in court before he realizes….. trading standards under citizens advice is the next step

Ordered, stated 24/48 hour delivery Royal Mail. Said it was shipped, no tracking info. Not a word for 10 days and then an email replying to me stating I sent it to the wrong email despite it being the nominated contact email and receiving a reply. Contacted new email and got nothing back. Beyond disappointed

This bastard is a scammer. And a piece of shit.
It’s been 7 weeks still no order, shitty customer service…

Awful been close to 3 weeks now no reply, no product. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Total scam 👎👎 lost all respect to baker

Ordered wrist wraps. Took 7 weeks to turn up! Lost them then ordered another pair. Never turned up. Took them 2 months to reply to me. They said they would send them and refund me, did neither. They then stopped replying to me so i had to go through the bank to get my money back. Absolute scam artist

Honestly don't bother, I liked Baker and the team son thought I'd buy some elbow sleeves, paid for them in February, it's not nearly May and still haven't got my item. Promise after promise (that's when they can be bothered to reply to emails) and still nothing absolute scam company and im.gutted about it.....

Extremely poor company. Item never received. Complained, promised refund and item as a good will gesture. Another month passes and still new resolution. Company takes payment and does not deliver items. Avoid this company.

Worst customer service and company known to man, I placed an order on the 10th of March for their elbow wraps, according to the website it would take at most roughly 5 days to arrive, however it’s now been 39 days and it still haven’t arrived, after countless emailing I have heard not one single response, what ever you do DO NOT purchase from this business it’s horrendous.

This is a joke of a company. I was done bashing this company until today when a tub of pre workout showed up in my mailbox. I've never even ordered pre workout from these scam artists. It was even a order number not pertaining to me. They scammed me out of over $280 in clothing from May of 2025 and almost a year later they send me a tub of pre workout. Don't ever spend your money with these bozos

All of the reviews are true. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my order with 0 response. Asked for a refund multiple times with no communication at all. I’ve probably reached out close to 20 times now. Waste of time. Scam.

Ordered 3rd week of September, was supposed to ship 2nd week of October. Forgot about the whole thing, January contacted them again and would be shipped out, February, shipper notified of parcel. Contacted them again; no reply since.
I have had enough and wanted to try this pre-workout but their customer service is non existent, they take the money and don't send or care about your parcel.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

Ordered 2 tubs of pre workout months ago, never arrived and then you try and contact them through customer service and that doesn’t work either. Haven’t received products after months of wait scam company do not buy products!
