Reaper Graveyard Avis 

I ordered the “reaper bundle” 5 weeks ago and i have not received anything since. I have sent multiple e-mails and tried to get into contact via de chat bots. Nothing worked and i never received a reply. This is about quite a lot of money and there is no customer service whatsoever. Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

Never buy from this company. I brought a bundle which was a tub of pre workout and wrist straps. I received the pre workout 2 months too later but never received the wrist wraps. Really disappointed in Baker.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Order placed on the 27th of november and still hasnt arrived. They kept making excuses that the order has ben held up at the airport but as i see it thats just an excuse to rip off your money. They were answering at first withy delays until they just stopped responding entirly.

I waited a while for my first order, it took ages, being a pre order I brushed it aside. The pre workout is actually good!

Made another order and well.....im done with this company. I ordered another pre workout that came with 2x free gifts. One being lifting straps. As a heavy lifter I was really looking forward to these. This was back in October, 1st Feb and still no straps.

Online chat asked me to place another order with some codes. However the lifting straps arnt even advertised on the site. I raised this query and 6 days later, still no response.

Im done with this company, gone and got some straps elsewhere in the end.

1 is being extremely generous, never had customer service like this don't answer emails and stopped answering the online live chat. Order placed on the 5th December, no updates, no tracking number nothing. Placed a subsequent order on the 26th December, one item has a tracking number but still no where to be seen.

Save your money and avoid the stress, use a different website.

Trading standards should be informed and stop them trading and ripping people off

If I could leave 0 stars I would, ordered of this waste man over 9 weeks ago… still no sign of my order , just keep getting bullshit emails saying it’s been dispatched then when I confronted him via insta he got all arsey and said he’s not my protien or amazon and I can’t expect my order to be as fast as said company’s cause he’s not as big 🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♂️ bloke is a scamming waste man , please please please do not waste your money or time unless you want to be robbed by scammer, worse service and reviews iv ever seen for a company and the fact he doesn’t care and still keeps taking orders is a joke , this company needs to be shut down …

If I could give less then 1 star I would - ordered before Christmas and it took a month to arrive was not impressed - now we amongst many were given a £10 gift card as an apology and in the email it stated they’d worked to rectify shipping issues - it has now been 3 weeks - no trust in the company anymore seems to be constant ongoing issue and will not be ordering or recommended again and no responses from customer service whatsoever - will be applying for a charge back through my bank

Ordered November 25th for the wrist straps and still have receive no update or any help whatsoever.
Literally the worst customer service and business I’ve ever dealt with .
They just gave excuses for why the package has not been sent out and then stopped replying.
They should be ashamed of themselves and do not buy from here ever.

Very poor service. No product arrived. After several emails and no response. Going to have to talk to the bank to get a refund. Avoid. Scam.

Ordered on 5th December as a Christmas gift and didn't receive product until yesterday, the 23rd January (minus the free wrist straps).
No replies on any methods of contact, except to say that the order was still being processed.
Multiple false promises that it would arrive before Xmas, and then in the first week of January.
Promised £15 credit on account, received £10 three weeks later, which was apparently valid for a good few months but has now disappeared from my profile within a couple of weeks (not that I would be spending it anyway).
They seem all to send spam emails everyday reminding me of my credit, but no actual replies to any of my questions.
Do not order from here! Would have given 0 stars if it was possible!

Finally arrived after 51 days, customer service was terrible with constant false promises. Missing the lfiting straps thay were also apart of the order.

I order wraps and the pre workout in August of 2025 and to date have received neither.
I have attempted to contact the Instagram page, sent upwards of 20 emails to multiple different provided email addresses, used the web chat that now no longer responds to me and all the while out of pocket for the purchases made.
This is a complete scam, save yourself the money and buy elsewhere, unless you fancy a £10 gift card for something else that won't arrive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered wraps from him on 30th December been a whole month nearly and have received nothing customer service is shit wouldn’t recommend to order unless u want to wait months for your order. Very dissatisfied as I had high hopes for the wraps but it seems like they will never come and I’ve been scammed.

This has no affiliation to my husbands music content. Noted here as google thinks there is an affiliation and I want to make it clear there isn’t. My husband always delivers and this place seems like it sucks check out his music on you tube reapers graveyard!

If I could give a zero I would! Taking some comfort that I am not the only one who has been scammed out of money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am still waiting pre workout and wrist straps from November and every time I contact and ask for a refund I am told it is being processed. I have now contacted trading standards. This whole company is a scam. I have been sent £10 vouchers to use - no way I will be spending another penny here. I would just like what I have ordered.

I made an order for the wrist and elbow wraps. Received neither and was given a code to get them both back and £20 off. I used the £20 off to get another set of wrist wraps. Took months and months to ship to my address in the UK. Then when it finally arrived it contained only the wrist wraps. Not the other pair of wrist or elbow wraps that the code guaranteed. The wraps are incredibly stiff but are awful quality. Have completely broken after 2 weeks of use. The extra stiffness wasn't even worth it considering the fact that they would just slide down your wrist during use. I prefer my £5 Amazon wrist wraps because I can just pull them really tight and get a better effect. Absolutely a scam

Would give 0 stars if it was a option as my wife ordered elbow wraps and wrist wraps in beginning on November and we gave it till mid December no delivery and 0 communication via the emails that was sent so had to cancel via the bank terrible customer support and service

My boyfriend ordered the preworkout in July 2025 and still has not arrived. I ordered the elbow and wrist strap package set for him as an anniversary gift at the end of November and have had no update. When Baker responded was told it would ‘definitely arrive before Christmas’ which it still hasn’t arrived and I have had no delivery updates. When I tried to message on instagram to ask recently I was left on seen and now getting no response. Very disappointing and makes you think if the experience would be different if you had followers.

Ordered 3rd September 2025.

It's now Jan 13th 2026. No order, no updates, nothing about it being shipped, bunch of random emails saying about 10 pound credit for a website that has a AVG fake shop url warning on it.

I have reached out to their customer service via email multiple times. I have messaged and had replies on Instagram multiple times - led to nothing. I gave ample time before looking for any kind of refund even because I know running a business for the first time is hard but this is beyond anything I've ever seen.

Some of the worst customer experience i've ever seen and I've worked with high risk businesses before.

Real shame because I used to love watching his content but the supplement side of things has been an absolute scam show and has destroyed my opinion of him.

You only need to look at the 5 star review dates to know they're fake - all of them within 2 days. Absolute nonsense.

Going to see if I can get a chargeback or if it's too late but this is the last time I'm getting any supplements from 'influencers'.

Do not order.
