I would rate this company at 0 if I could I’ve placed multiple orders from this company and have waited over a month on all three accounts. It’s like they take the money to found there lifestyle and don’t care about there customer. It’s a bit of a scam to be honest stay away from company unless your happy to have 0 communication and wait over a month

I ordered this over a month and a half ago and still have not received my order. Customer service is nonexistent, they just don’t respond. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company.

I hate flaming anyone that's trying to better themselves and do the right thing, however, my experience matches others... I placed my order 2 months ago, customer service has been non existent, I've had contact on Instagram but it's all smoke and mirrors. What a shame, I've since tried the pre workout, delivered next day off eBay from another seller and it's good 😔

If I could rate lower than a 1 star, I would! Absolute joke of a company, offer out £10 codes as apologies (that have to be used in like a day), post on IG saying sorry and whatever bullshit reason they have about supplier mishaps etc but theyre just slammers. Customer service is shit!

I ordered mine back in september/october last year. It took 2 months!!! For my pre-workout to arrive! Then after months and months of chasing and pathetic apologies, I was told my tee and wraps were dispatched, I had no hope they would arrive however the wraps I ordered back in September arrived middle of february and I'm still waiting on the t-shirt that was apparently dispatched with the wraps!

Stay as far away as you can from these scammers

Whatever you do DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY on these scammers! This is the second time I've tried ordering the wrap bundle from them and will be disputing it with my bank as I've waited over 2 months and still nothing. Can't even get through to these clowns via the the live chat or email no response to anything. Order says its been dispatched been like that for months but nothing never ordering from these jokers ever again, please save your money people and buy from businesses that will send you your product within the week.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I’ve had a truly awful experience ordering from this company. Their website states that orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery via Royal Mail 24, but I never received my order. I have exhausted all forms of direct contact and they are simply ignoring all message. I’ve contacted them multiple times by email, used their online contact form, tried live chat, and reached out via social media, with absolutely no response or customer support.

I’ve had to escalate the matter to my bank and am now waiting to hopefully get my money back.

I don’t understand why they continue taking new orders when they haven’t resolved existing ones. This has been a complete horror story from start to finish.

Ordered some pre workout still haven’t received in been 8 weeks now no respond to emails absolute shit show do not order anything from her scumbags ripping people of 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

I would give less if I could over 8 months now still no order received no response from any customer service. Joke of a company and I hope karma works its magic. Stealing from people who are trying to support you is horrific. You fat rat

The PRE Workout in itself is awesome, has helped me to get amped up before hitting a PR, The flavour needs some work as I couldn’t taste much grape but overall does what it says! Great dosages…. Waiting on a Reaper Bundle so I can try the elbow wraps and Fruit Punch and make few vids with them… only issues is the lack of communication between customer service and the customer and the long wait for the delivery to arrive… know a few mates who have waited nearly 2 months and haven’t got their orders so I hope Josh and his business can sort the whole situation with delays as I want to see it succeed but I do believe some business practices are in need of changes.

Update-

It’s been 3 weeks now and still haven’t received my order yet, think I’ll just wait and see if I get it or not as customer service is non existent at this time.

Nearly 4 weeks and apparently it’s been handed to Royal Mail but I’ve been given no proof of postage, tracking reference or confirmation email from Royal Mail, should I keep waiting?

Unfortunately after nearly 2 months, I’ve still not received my order or any tracking information related to the order, I’ve requested the information numerous times to no avail, poor customer service responses, so I’m giving this a 1 star review as my patience now has worn thin and I’m not impressed as this shouldn’t be happening in today’s market, bad practices and poor delivery times.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHIT COMPANY!!!!!! This is probably the worst company I’ve ever come across, as you’ve already read the reviews from the other disappointed customers rest assured this one ain’t no different, not only is there a lack of communication but you will not receive any order from these imbeciles as they can’t even dispatch a simple order, he rather make it seem like he is doing good giving out 5 quid for every rep on bench press for a vid whereas in reality it’s our money he is taking for likes and views, so if you are willing to give out free money to this meathead go for it

Ordered 4th dec and guess what after all rubbish communication iv still not received it.. just out of pocket by 48 pound absolutely disgusting... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE You wont receive your items...

UPDATE: The wrist wraps I ordered finally came on the 13th of Feb after ordering on the 9th of January. It is very unfortunate that they seem to have major manufacturing/supplier issues because the product itself is of high quality. The wrist wraps themselves are sturdy, have a good length and have a premium feel.

Received my order 2 months late because of delivery issues etc which is unacceptable in this day and age also customer services was horrible with their replies not only that but their Licked preworkout is giving me horrible buzzing in my ears and my sinuses feeling plugged 24 hours after taking it, I thought it was just a glimpse but after several times taking it it's doing the same thing to me, I have raised the issue with customer support but nothing, I have now 1 and a half full tub of preworkout which is unusable

Ordered over 7 weeks ago you’ll never get a reply back from them. I’ve messaged and emailed on multiple occasions but never get a reply. You get sent a tracking number wich you can’t seem to track. All you’ll get is constant emails saying back in stock and to purchase.

Wouldn't even give this a 1 star! Placed my order 18th December 2025 for my partners xmas present & still not been dispatched. Emailed the company three times now & only had 1 response on the first email. The response was a discount code on my next order. There will never be another order. I have requested a full refund on my last two emails & no response received! My partner loves watching the videos on YouTube & big fan but this customer service is shocking!! Absolute shame.

Two orders placed. First order took over 3 weeks to come with no communication from the braindead customer service.

Only placed the second order as was offered £10 odd, due to the previous delays.

Still has not arrived after 4 weeks.

Pre workout is nothing special- no better than ABE or any other basics

1 star is generous. These people should not be allowed to run a business. Ordered the pre workout bundle, waited 4 weeks and tried emailing them on one of their many fake email addresses. No response. Eventually had to do a chargeback through the bank. Tried ordering again when they offered £10 credit for their previous failures and surprise, surprise. Exact same thing happened. Do not order from these bandits.

I ordered elbow wraps on the 20th November and it’s now the 6th February and I’ve still not received anything, I’ve emailed, messaged the chat box, messaged Shop.. I’ve exhausted everything.. even tagged him on my story looking for a reply.

After reading these reviews it seems I’m not alone in this..

If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered on the 6th of December and still not had it to this day. It took until the 15th of January to get a Royal Mail tracking number and all it says is “the sender has advised they’ve dispatched your item to Royal Mail” and not heard anything since. Customer service is appalling no attempt to resolve my issues. DO NOT BUY
