Terrible customer service. Terrible service in general. Ordered pre workout (which have had before and is good quality) but both times of ordering I have been waiting weeks for the item to actually arrive. The last time I ordered, was told 24 hour shipment after purchase which did not happen. Emailed the company but no reply, messaged twice on instagram to no reply. Emailed once again to no reply still. Absolutely awful customer service and would not bother ordering from the company again.

Order missing items. Ignored all my messages. Had to make a claim via my credit card.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with they need shutting down instead of advertising new drops and going wholesale. Stop taking peoples money and start giving people what they have payed for! Waiting over a month for a tee! Lies after lies when you actually get a response from one of them. No idea of how to run a business

Multiple orders made. Over £130 in value across 2 orders. Neither have been posted months later.

One took a month to be "posted" but the courier (evri) has still not received the parcel. Same for the second order.

Joke, you wanna support an athlete and instead they just take your money and shit on you. Cheers.

It’s a scam. Ordered in September. Haven’t received my order. Rarely get updates even though I regularly request updates via email and instagram. No longer get replies and still don’t have my order. Would definitely not recommend. Basically a scam as they’re not giving me a refund.

Wish i read the reviews before ordering. They take your money & dont reply to emails or DMs dont waste your money

Claimed one-week delivery, but I haven't received anything yet. That was three weeks ago. He also hasn't responded to any DMs or emails sent during this time.

Still waiting for straps from the 18th of lily keeps saying dpd loose them 🤣🤣

I am still waiting for my order. Ordered on the 16th of October. Ive email the company and no reply customer service is shocking.

Ordered preworkout and straps/tshirt in July. Arrived in October. Absolute joke of a service and the t-shirt was never included in my package. Delivery took months after preordering! Over 10 ignored emails/dm’s. Don’t bother.

Ordered some pre workout on the 14/10/25 it’s currently the 30/10/25 and items still haven’t been sent. Contacted them on instagram and sent 4 emails with still no response and order still not delivered.

I paid for the bundle of lifting wraps and elbow wraps (32£) i paid for them on the 16th oct and after 10 days emailed them with no response from them. I ordered with dpd next day delivery and it took over 2 weeks for my parcel to actually arrive then when i finally received it, it only contained the wrist wraps no elbow wraps. When i emailed again discussing this issue they still dont respond its absolutely diabolical and a scam AVOID this company at all costs the scamming rat bastards

I ordered elbow wraps on the 27th of September it’s now the 29th of October and still not received my elbow wraps.

Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Firstly, I ordered some grape pre on the 22nd of September, I am now writing this on the 28th of October after not getting my pre workout. Been ignored in various Emails and DMs. However I did get one email telling me that my product had been dispatched on the 9th of October, get the feeling that was a lie. I then asked for a refund as I have essentially wasted a month asking when I was going to get my product. Still being ignored. The whole company is a joke and a scam. Don’t bother, they don’t care about you just want your money. Honestly expected better from baker but this is shameless.

Had hope on this brand.
Ordered and got the shipped notification. They sent me some codes for tye wait and i never got them.
A scam dont bother save your money.

Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered I had to contact via instagram for an unsure response, the elbow and wrist wraps are really, really good quality, I would recommend, just be on the lookout for a long wait.

Ordered over a month ago with zero replies to my emails, they claimed it’s shipped but no tracking or any updates.

Disappointed in honesty. I wanted to support the brand as he seems like a decent guy so I ordered the wrist/elbow wraps. I ordered them on the 9th September and only just received the item today (24.10.25). I had emailed 3 times during this period with no response and I had also contacted them via socials with no response.

Odered at 18 september now its october 23. And nothing . Only email on the way, but tracking app says "preparing". support like to other don't talk. Hope that 40 eu worth to ruin your brand and your name. Don't BUY ANYTHING from here

Ordered 2 tubs of licked pre workout on 23/09/25 and today, 22/10/25 they finally arrived.
To get to this point I sent 5 unreturned emails to every email address I could find for them as well as through their instagram DMs. The only response I got was thru their instagram messenger where they failed ot apologise, blamed a royal mail issue and then lied about a new delivery date. Only when this one passed did they seem to finally action the order and ship it.
Then to top it off my order was supposed to include a free tshirt....which they failed to include in the delivery yet the packing slip says it should be there. So now I'm back to chasing them. Utterly useless and I'd have severe reservations about ever using them again.
