after 3 monts of nothing they wanted me to order again with some codes that my order will be for free but still nothing from them or baker and a refund wont happen at this point just waste of money

Imagine ordering stock in June and it not arriving then you get say 2 items out of all the stuff you ordered then they promise foxes and refunds still no refunds and stock did get a lovely aggressive message though that was nice thank you

I ordered the wrist wraps on the 12th September. It’s now the 20th October. I have still not received the order despite paying for 24 hour Royal Mail delivery. I have emailed multiple times and not had a reply or even automated reply I have messaged on instagram to no reply. Awful customer service. Either a full refund or send the straps and refund the postage!

Biggest scam in the industry.
I ordered some of his bullshit preworkout two months ago. The order hasen't been packed yet. I've tried to contact them for a month, but no answer. How come this steroid wreck keep getting away with scamming his costumers?

Horrible customer service and company. I ordered a t shirt 6 months ago. Never recieved it, have not recieved a refund or exchange, just nothing. Their email on social media does not work. The only way I have found to reach out to them has been through Instagram. I have to comment on every post to get noticed. They have told me they will refund it 3 times, and each time they dont do it. Now they just have straight up ghosted me. And I lost 50 bucks

I have had both flavours & love them both & the pump, focus & stim you get from it is really good not too much but perfect timing

Scam. Items not delivered, not even sent. They send fake advisories that shipping thru DPD but tracking doesn't exist.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Its been over 36 days and my pre has still not been delivered I Got an e-mail where You Said you would give me updates on my order in 2 days. Which you still haven’t and that was 10 days. Then I asked for a refund

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! All products are advertised as next day delivery, but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my full order! Only half of my order was sent 3 weeks late and now I’m no longer getting any replies on email or Instagram. Please do NOT buy, this company is a scam.

Whilst there have been delays due to most things out of the company's control, the customer service I've recieved has been great. And my pre, tee and wraps have all been great quality. PR'd every time I've taken that double scoop.

Firstly the pre is unrivalled with performance and taste, a proper pre!
Secondly the customer service I was shown from the team was second to none - had a slight issue where I picked the wrong size of t-shirt as part of a bundle and reached out to hopefully arrange a return/swap as the t-shirt is such high quality.
The team responded really quickly and arranged for a new one to be sent out without any hassle which considering it was a free t-shirt as part of a pre bundle is elite customer service!

The grape Pre workout was absolutely worth the wait, it is by far the best pre that I have had the pleasure of trying and I will absolutely be grabbing another tub when mine starts running low. it’s the first pre that I’ve tried in a long time that has even made me feel anything after years of searching!
The whole time that Reaoer was struggling with their couriers I was kept up to date with what was going on with my order and they were very quick to respond whenever I had any questions for them.
I would recommended this pre workout to anybody that is looking to improve their workouts.

The products are of the highest quality and the customer service is second to none in helping you. Going above and beyond all too often.

Class brand, unreal product.
Ordered through TikTok first time and product arrived within 2-3 working days (got a bargain too) ordered through the site the next few times and had the item and some freebies too within a week. Can’t fault them so far

Considering they’ve had issues with their couriers and I believe moved from a house to a warehouse, and I’m sure the shear amount of orders was completely unexpected, what with all the actual website orders and TikTok shop orders, I feel it had been dealt with better than some of companies, I used to work in logistics so I know how tricky and frustrating people can be, I’ve had a very good experience with the customer service side of things, via Instagram and email, and the actual products are top quality.

Best pre workout and gym equipment you’ll ever get, really good quality and definitely the right way to head for a pr 💪🏼

These guys have always been honest with my orders and kept me up to date with any issues I had. Yes I have experienced the delay on items but they have always arrived. I have purchased many items from them and will continue to do so. The pre lick post work out is absolutely insane 🔥
