Reboxed was new to me and i have been very impressed by the experience. Ordered two reconditioned Pixel9a phones and both arrived swiftly and in superb (perfect?) condition.

I bought the iPhone SE 3rd generation after my 2nd gen was lost.
It came amazingly quickly with in 2 days of ordering on an evening. The phone was as new, no scratches or mark, a lightning lead was supplied as standard, I've had it over 2 months now and it's been faultless. The price was £150, more than 1/2 the price less than a new SE, I don't know how they can do it and guarantee the phone for 1 month free.
I also applaud their environmental ethos by planting 5 trees for every phone they sell and recycling perfectly good phones without adding to the mountains of E-waste just because many phone users throw away their phones for the latest superphone just to be fashionable.
If I could give Reboxed 10 0r more stars I happily would, It's a win for me, a win for them and a win for the environment.

From the start of looking through the available items, it was easy to see clearly what was on offer and the quality of the item. I found the descriptions rich with detail and very accurate. I have ordered from reboxed once before and found it brilliant especially price and the speed of delivery so I had no hesitation to order again and again you did not disappoint.

Although I had problems with a phone received from the company I was helped throughout my purchasing journey by a lady named Rachelle who helped every step of the way. She was informative, attentive and helped me through some difficulties and problems with my order. Although I was not happy with the final product, the service was excellent. Our order for a multiple business phones was returned back to the sender by royal mail, we contacted 3 weeks ago asking for an update on my order as it was showing as completed but we had not received it and reboxed got back to us and confirmed royal mail returned the parcel to sender and on the way back it was delivered to an incorrect address and not reboxed address. we have been left waiting for 3 weeks for a refund or reshipment and we are being forced to wait indefinitely for royal mail to compensate reboxed for an error made by royal mail, ive taken some legal aid and its confirmed the delay in refund is not lawful under CRA 2015 as the contract lied between royal mail and reboxed, so beware shopping with them if they are willing to break that lawful contract im not sure what else they would be willing to do.

After my last review on trust pilot. The way I didn't receive the help I needed was not even worth a *. However I received an email from Rachelle. She helped me and sorted my quick return for my phone. So not all reboxed are useless. 10 out of 10 for Rachelle from support.

My order was delt with very quickly and when delivered the items 2 iPhone 14 Pro phones were in fantastic condition they were boxed and presented like brand new phones in perfect condition.
Along with charging lead a sim key opener and also a Smarty 80gb SIM card
