Russell from Reservations helped me fix the challenge I had with my flight. I had gotten a message with flight changes for going and coming. Russell gave me options for going from another airport for better time and cheaper flight comparatively and because I am traveling with a senior and minors , he also put those into consideration and got my numbers down to where I could afford the change. He also confirmed the itinerary. He was professional and very patient. He was courteous and explained everything well. I’d recommend him any day.

Called them while trying to reach flair…
Called them while trying to reach flair airlines. As their add is sponsored, their number showed up first. The agent was arrogant, reported wrong information regarding minor name changes and claimed that any change must cost 200 dollars which is wrong as minor name changes of 3 letters or less are free and can be done over phone as long as the call is made more than 24 hour before the flight. The agent used harsh wording when I tried to correct him regarding the cost saying “who are you to know what is right” and hang up. Definitely a terrible experience and I imagine that their service must be terrible if it mirrors their phone communication.
