As a first time buyer, I found Redwood Estates highly professional. A special thank you to Lynn, who recommended a fantastic surveyor and always responded to enquiries fast, making the process quick and simple!

REDWOOD ESTATES - Tideslea Path London SE28 rental viewing.
I requested a viewing preferably after 17:30 however could be available during lunch at 13:30 so a viewing was agreed for 13:30 the following day. I said I’d try be there between 13:15 and 13:30 and that I’d confirm once I’d boarded the public transport. I was then issued with an appointment for 13:15 by text. When I departed I messaged to say that I’d be there by 13:15 all going well, however the last part was by a bus which was delayed and I messaged again to say I’d be there by 13:30. At 13:20 the agent called me to ask where I was and I asked her if she had received my message to which she replied that she’d left her phone at the office and was using a friend’s phone and that if I wasn’t there in 10 minutes she was leaving. I got to the apartment block at 13:26 and rang on the #10 buzzer and the person who answered the buzzer had no idea who I was. I then rang the number the agent had rung me on which went to voicemail and I left a message saying I could not find the apartment. I went to both apartment blocks looking for #10 and tried calling the phone another time. I also phoned the phone she had left in the office hoping someone would answer it but no one did. I had left a meeting early to make an hour long journey to get to view this apartment. Completely frustrated I called the office and complained to someone who answered and asked for the CEO’s name and number. Almost immediately I got a heated call from the agent saying I never arrived. Her manner is crude, rude and bombastic. She snarled that she didn’t care if I contacted the CEO or social media about how I was treated and I hung up as she was becoming more aggressive. I’ve dealt with a lot of property and agents globally as an architect and developer and I have never encountered such churlish behaviour from an agent ever.

My experience with purchasing our first home with Lynn was excellent! We completed in less than 3 months and I am glad to say that Lynn has helped in every possible way to make the communication as smooth as possible between us and the buyer. At times our solicitors tended to be slow and disorganised, but Lynn was able to chase everyone as soon as she was asked to.
She has always answered my emails, messages and calls within a few hours, sometimes minutes.
When we moved in the agency also supported us in turning the boiler and the gas on.

What can I say ,lynn and her staff sold our late mums flat during the covid pandemic so I don't think it will get harder than that,I annoyed lynn so much with my emails, but she still reassured me ,and lynn stuck to the pricecwhat we asked for👍👍👍👍

Tried to book a viewing as cash buyer told no already has 30 booked, so arrogant that I would never consider a property they have on their books.
It might be a sellers market but things change daily. As a vendor consider who you use as the one that might have brought it might never have been offered the opportunity to view it.

Debbie was super efficient and managed to get all the documents through to us really quickly. Libby also saved the day on our move in date when some keys had gone missing, she certainly went above and beyond (on her day off) to get us into the property ASAP after an unforeseen mishap! I've had extremely useless and unresponsive estate agents in the past and Redwood Estates are certainly head and shoulders above the rest!

Lynn helped us sell our flat. It was quite a stressful process as there were lots of delays but Lynn was great throughout. She went above and beyond to solve different issues as quick as she could even if that meant contacting us on her days off. If you want someone to help you sell your property then I can’t recommend her enough.
