They have changed the locks of the gym in my building. They didn't provide my flat a key and are now telling us to pay a fee to regain access to a service we already pay for. When politely asking them to clarify why they are charging us this fee, they blanked and ignored me request and proceeded to ask for payment. after doubling down and asking them to justify the charge they have blatantly ignored me. if they wanna play with me i am always up for a game.

From the application stage through referencing and moving in, the whole process was excellent. Communication was clear, responses were quick, and everything was handled smoothly.
