Good services. Debbie was very patient with us showing the property twice as we were indecisive. The contract signed was also good compared to other agencies we signed with in the past. The process to rent was smooth and Redwood Estates were very helpful in the process. I recommend them if you want to rent a property.

I had a very positive experience with Redwood, Lynn in particular was expectational and supportive. They helped us sell a price we were happy with. It was a very swift sale, where a number of serious buyers came to view the property early on.

The only downside was that it was a dear service, however, I cannot fault the customer experience from Lynn.

Good experience with redwood and Lynn. A few hiccups which I'm sure are normal with any purchase. She was always keeping us as informed as possible which was great. As the only minus, (which was actually a plus for us because it would affect competition viewing) the images taken of all properties were not that great and made the property seem much worse on Rightmove than in person.

We recently went through a sale of our flat with Redwood who were also our managing agents throughout the time we had our flat. In both areas they were very good , from a management perspective we never had issues and they always responded in a timely fashion.
For our sale though Lynn Randall was so much better than excellent , she on many occasions went far and above what i would have expected from our sales agent, our sale was quite difficult near the end due to one party's solicitors causing lots of issues for the chain, Lynn was constantly on the case and pushing it along. From a personal point of view Lynn a pleasure to deal with and offered a personalized service. I cant say enough about how professional and in general great Lynn was.
