Redwoods do what they say. They are efficient and haven't dropped the ball. The are friendly and helpful and as a landlord they are very easy to deal with.

From start to finish the service we received was second to non.

I was let down by another company massively, and currently living abroad, I need a reliable, professional, honest company to manage my small portfolio. Thank goodness I found Redwood. I had known Lynn prior from the said other company, (not involved at all) and that put me at ease. She was understanding, professional and personable. Furthermore, she gave me a great deal, and in return, I can't speak highly of her and her colleagues. It’s really simple. If you owned a company you would want it to be run exactly like this. You would want the staff that work there to have the ethos this team shares with an integrity and level of professional empathy rarely found in todays fast paced property market. Pragmatic, patient, courteous, polite... the superlatives could go on alphabetically A through Z. In my case, as dramatic as it sounds they’re proactive attitude very probably saved a life and I can’t thank them enough for that one act. Have been with Redwoods letting agents for the past 6 years,Have always been very efficient and polite,plus on the ball when dealing with any problems I may have had over the years,which thankfully have been few,they always do a house inspection every 6 to 12 months,they have always been very quick in liasing between myself and my landlord,he's happy and so am I in how they deal with us,I would recommend them and rate them 10/10

Have bought a property from Redwoods and they also manage 3 of my rental properties. The Service from Lynn, Sylvie, Debbie, Danielle and Megan is very professional. They are always contactable and quick to respond to queries and offer good advice. The one time I have had an issue when using one of their contractors they took full ownership and were quick to apologise and find an adequate solution.
