I'm using Redwood to manage my property and they were recommended by a tenant who rents through them, which is a good sign. Communication with Debbie has been good and Megan was efficient at getting responses during the tenant vetting process when things slowed down a little. While it's early days, the service I've experienced has been friendly & professional.

Redwood Estates has been very helpful in the process to try and sell our property. We have chosen them because they also manage our building and we use them as a management agency for our rental apartment, so we have a lot of experience to know they deliver a great service across the board. When our first two buyers pulled out for personal reasons, Redwood managed to get new viewers and offers on the table very quickly, and eventually managed to get it sold for asking price. We are very happy with them and would definitely recommend them! Thank you Lynn and team!
