Zadařilo se
Po dlouhé snaze na vlastní ose jsem od aerolinky bohužel nic nedostala. Dále jsem to řešila s Letectvem ČR a také nic. Až přes Refundio se zadařilo. Částka je samozřejmě nižší, jelikož se strhává provize + poplatky za soudní spor, ale stále jsem velmi spokojena. Kde člověk najde 280 euro. Moc děkuji a doporučuji.

Excellent Communication and Final Success
I had a very positive experience with Refundio. The whole process took quite a long time, more than one year, but throughout the entire period their communication was excellent. Vyhraný soud s Ryanair s nárokem na kompenzaci! Sice to trvalo celkem dlouho, ale rychlost soudního procesu nikdo, kromě samotného soudu, nijak neovlivní. Vítězství se počítá, takže super práce!
