Taking incompetence to a new level

Taking incompetence to a new level. Delivered an item to the wrong pick up point, with no record of where that pick up point is! Messaged customer services who advised that they’ll look into it and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing heard! I thought DPD were going to be hard to beat for sheer incompetence, however these idiots have lowered the bar to levels never seen before.

Knicked 2 parcels in one day and out of…

Knicked 2 parcels in one day and out of 6 times I’ve used them 4 parcels never turned up the other 2 was took to another house on another street another was put outside door took a photo of and then picked it up and walked off with it. Absolute thieves. Still waiting on 2 parcels that haven’t moved since 21st and 27th today is 6 June

I wish I could even give less than one…

I wish I could even give less than one star.. I ordered something from ASOS and it still hasn’t arrived and it’s been a week.. no delivery service should take that long I’m literally going on holiday and I won’t be receiving my item. Disgusting I’ve never been so upset in my life!!

Shocking, paid extra over InPost as I thought this would be more reliable. They lost a 30 year old football shirt forever. Gutted

Unacceptable courier service

Unacceptable courier service. The driver dropped my ASOS delivery today, completely exposed on a public doorstep in the Wood Green / Turnpike Lane area and walked away without bothering to knock or ring the doorbell. I never authorised a safe place delivery. Leaving packages vulnerable to theft without even checking if the customer is home completely violates standard delivery safety protocols.
Relay needs to secure their delivery network and train their drivers properly. I had this happen twice already. Other times were fine. Obviously some of the drivers dont give a damn. Get rid then.

Relay Relay Bad

I'm surprised there isn't more damage limitation happening with this company..how can this many people be wrong, and how can a logistics business be this bad.

Attempted to send a Vinted parcel 6 times, first few there was a nationwide outage apparently and then the QR code wouldn't work. Must admit to having never come across them until now, and can see why!

I'd rather not continue to send with this business and risk the stress of the fall out of lost parcels, which seems to be a common theme. Had to cancel the order as the seller and try to send another way which has it's own impact on me.

Have now removed Relay as an option to send goods with.

Incompetent service

The driver didn't make any attempt to knock the door, first time he threw items over my neighbours gate (they were on holiday) this time threw the parcel over my gate, smashing 3 out of the 5 items. Sheer incompetence.
I certainly would not choose to use this company.

I would give the company “Relay” a zero…

I would give the company “Relay” a zero if I could, appalling service, used for the first time this week, sent two parcels on 31st May and they have still not received it’s unacceptable because their driver couriers couldn’t be bothered to collect from their drop off points so now I will not use Relay at all on vinted shocking

Never use it

Never use it, never choose it.
The worst delivery company ever.
Not following instructions at all.
Your parcel can be dropped anywhere, couriers just don't give a ... .

Waiting on parcel since 1st June

Waiting on parcel since 1st June. Twice it’s been delayed, it’s now the 6th, and I’m still being told another 48hrs and it may be delivered. ASOS are using Relay. God help them, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Relay. Final time I’ll use ASOS sadly

Item posted was an electronic item and has obviously been stolen by shop/driver I am not stupid. Website gives little help in sorting this out

Not even worth 1 star - first time using - never again.Terrible company. Posted 3 parcels, no tracking for 1 which was delivered to wrong address, parcel for that customer still missing 4 weeks on. Terrible customer service- took 2 weeks to reply to my complaint (despite saying 72 hours) but not resolved as only wanted tracking info and photos for missing/mis- delivered parcel - no reply to date to that email. No contact telephone number. 2 very angry customers. Have taken them off the delivery options and will never use again!

Most inept company ever

Three separate parcels of goods that I sold on Vinted are currently lost somewhere in the Relay system. One is already three days late. No hint as to where it is currently. One is showing that it's still at the parcel shop. The shop says it's gone with the courier. The third has taken me three days to post due to issues with Relay at my two local parcel shops. These ranged from "run out of labels" to "the system is down". I've now removed Relay as a Vinted postage option. Never again

Shocking tin pot company.

Horrendous. I have actually paid for something I have not, and will not receive!
I would not touch this company with a barge pole!
The reviews say it all.
You cannot even make contact.
Areas are not so great either where based.
You cannot even make contact with them.
