This is one crap company

This is one crap company, I was told my parcel would be delivered on the 28th may, recieved an update to say it was 9 stops away, then another one to say it would be delayed, it's one week later and it's still not delivered, why any co pany would use them is unbelievable

Comms are annoying. You’re delivering my package - which one? Who sent it? One package went to a completely different number to my house, not a neighbour.

These couriers are an absolute joke!

I never had problems with items being delivered when buying from Vinted until now. Twice now the service has been awful. So slow, poorly organised, using numbers instead of Names, which shop keepers take an age to locate. I was embarrassed today when the queue was out of the shop because they couldn’t put parcels in alphabetical order.

I spoke with the shop keeper who said that Relay only deliver or collect every 4 days rather than every day as promised. If I ever sell, I will NEVER use them. If I could’ve given no stars, I would’ve!!

Mixed the item up

Mixed the item up, I had to refund the buyer and Relay won't compensate and don't even bother to reply to emails. Will never use Relay for sending or receiving

Dissatisfied old delivery was before 11 in the…

Told delivery was before 11 in the morning. Left instruction to leave with neighbour. Didn't come. Then told it was 5 minus away. Delivered at 9.17 at night and left behind bin. Elderly neighbour went out late at night to retrieve it. Said left under covered porch which I don't have. Left behind bin in rain. Dissatisfied.

Delayed Parcel, No Updates

Ordered an expensive parcel, seller shipped it through Relay. It was out for delivery May 20th and never showed up; shipping updates said it was "delayed" and that there would be updates within 48 hours. Contacted customer service on May 23rd when there were no updates, and got sent an email telling me they would "contact me within 72 hours" - they never did! Still no shipping updates.

Really bad quality delivery and customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

10/06/26: Their customer service finally contacted me telling me that they'd lost the parcel. Over two weeks after they said they'd contact me. Cannot stress how bad this courier service is.

Do NOT use this service.

Parcel lost which seems to be a theme. Not sure why people are still using them. I ordered my parcel through Vinted, do not buy items from sellers who this option. You won’t receive it and you’ll have to wait over a month to get your money back.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a suit from Vinted and chose relay at the check out. What a mistake. Lost a parcel, it was never delivered. I will never ever chose Relay again that’s for sure

No point even ordering if a delivery to come from Relay

Mine and multiple neighbours parcels get marked as failed delivery multiple times despite no delivery attempts ever being made. The parcels repeatedly go out for delivery and then return to failed delivery. I never thought I’d be sad to see companies use Evri till experienced the terrible service of Relay.

I would love to give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give them 1. This business is appalling, worse than Evri and that’s saying something. Order from ASOS last Friday and had next day delivery, this morning I’ve (finally) received an email saying that my parcel is delayed and I should expect an update in 48 hours. I’ve contacted their customer service team and received a generic response stating I should expect to receive a response in 72 hours which will then be past 1 week since I ordered my item on next day delivery. This service is a joke and I cannot believe that ASOS use them. They deserve to go out of business!

Poor delivery service

Poor communication. Clear delivery instruction has been provided but still say delivery attempt failed. And when 2nd delivery attempt failed at 04:08am (yes early morning 4am). If they did come at that time, I definitely would be in my bed at my home. They also email me a link, let me pick up my parcel from local shop. But when I clicked the link, it said “ unfortunately this option is currently unavailable for your parcel”. I’ve email them 2 days ago regarding this delivery issue, and they still haven’t get back to me. Poor communication, poor service, if I could rate 0 star I would be more than happy to do that. I thought evri is already the worst delivery company I could think of, but Relay is even worse. Very disappointed. If you are not ready to do delivery in my area, please stop operate it and come back when you are ready.

Don't deliver packages

Don't deliver packages. Don't reply to emails. High likelyhood things get opened and sold on elsewhere. Can't imagine how you could lose something between the drop off and the sorting offices

Complete wrong address

Every time they ignore my delivery instructions and this time they've gone to the complete wrong address. I ask they they put my package over my back gate if no one is home. They usually leave it on my doorstep for anyone to take. I live at house number 3, I have a block of flats next to me that have the number 1, and then the flat number. So instead of delivering it to number 3, they have decided today to deliver it to flat 1-3. Not sure how they figured I was in the apartments considering I specifiy to put my package over my back gate, something they dont have. Now when I get home from work I get to try and contact the people in that flat and get my package. Really what I wanted to do tonight. Let's make sure to read delivery addresses properly in future.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. I can only assume they are very cheap at point of sending, but their service is shockingly slow. It takes weeks not days to arrive, and even then the scheduled time comes and goes with no package. There is NO real time tracking available. I was scheduled for a delivery at 12.30 pm (lunch time) yesterday. It did not arrive and the projected delivery time kept sliding back throughout the day until 11pm at night. It still did not arrive, now they want to 'update me' at some point in the next 48 hours. Its a poor, poor service, and I deal with lots of couriers in my professional life. This shower I would not entertain even if it were free as a sender. Alas as a receiver I am at the mercy of the sending company

This is the worse delivery service in…

This is the worse delivery service in the UK, I thought Evri was bad but this useless company won the award. Over a week now i have been waiting on my parcel, every time the package is one stop away they change the estimated delivery time. Today they sent a message my parcel is out for delivery 9:55 - 12:30, it's now 13:01 and the est delivery time has changed 3 times. This company needs to be shut down.

If you have vinted turn relay delivery option off!

As others have said I would give zero if possible.

I made a sale on vinted, I didn’t even know relay was an option but the buyer had processed it. I took my parcel to a local shop, they scanned the QR code and attached the label. A few days later the buyer messaged me saying the shop it was delivered to would not release the parcel so they are sending it back to me.

A few days later I received an email stating I could pick the parcel up, went to the shop they scanned my QR code but could not release my parcel back to me as the QR code on the parcel is damaged. I have contacted relay but after reading other reviews not hopeful.

If you have vinted turn relay delivery off as an option.
