Unbelievably shit courier, lost my parcel and terrible (basically non existent) customer service. Got a notification my parcel arrived, went to the shop to collect it and it wasn’t there.

Abysmal, all the reviews are true.

Even if the package is going to be delayed by 2 weeks I'd appreciate at least some communication - some news is better than no news. I'd petition for the company to be dissolved.

Over the year of 2025 and 2026 really has lost 11 of my parcels and I have to wait 1 month each parcel to get my refund I would advise everyone not to choose really

Ordered a parcel from Vinted which was sent out for delivery the same day by seller , this was on the 17th of October i was supposed to received my parcel on the 21/22nd of October, i have now waited 3 days after delivery was due and am now being told i will revive my parcel from now (26th october) to the 20th of november !!! This company should not be have responsibility for parcels people have paid for .

Just dont use them else you'll be frustrated

Day 10 and still no parcel. How on earth can it take this long to deliver a small parcel. Needed it a few days ago. Ordered in plenty of time. Terrible delivery service.

Order was out for delivery, 1 stop away and then said it was delayed and they would be in touch- this didnt happen. I emailed and eventually got a reply saying it would be here (3 after the day it should have been delivered). Still no parcel. Avoid wherever possible!

Absolutley dire service 3 parcels posted on the 10th October still not recieved finally recieved email saying parcels had arrived at pickup point on the 25th Wraggs Royton made two visists and they are not ready for collection still,Im away tomorrow so now going to be even longer.
Evri/hermes no never anywhere near as poor and thats saying some.
Im a very placid person normally but their service has left me fuming avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting company. How can so many parcels go missing. They real need looking into.

Tried to deliver at 9pm which is far too late for any delivery unless you have requested a specific slot. Took 2 pictures as proof but both were in the driver's hand so no proof that they were put in the safe place as stated and delivery was no where to be found. No easy way to contact them so feels like a scam.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I don’t understand how Vinted has allowed them to be an option for delivery. My parcel has been delayed for more than 15 days now. Just ridiculous, seems like they thrive on bad reviews, seems like one of their goals is to provide the absolute most pathetic service out there and they’re number one at doing so. I asked for some sort of update on my delayed parcel and received no communication back from them despite of raising 2 requests. I pray the company stops existing soon.

Slow, slow, slow...And when I get a notification saying it's been delivered I can't get it because the the app is down at the delivery place! One more delivery and I'm done with Relay. It used to be Evri that got all the stick!

Shocking length of time for parcels to arrive at their destination. This company has caused problems for me posting and the receiver. Constant communication about parcels that are 10days after posting. All the other couriers average 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery put back massively with no notification or explanation, no status update, ignored by "Customer service". The worst company ever had to deal with. Basically need to be officially legally challenged and ultimately closed down. Performance monitoring of parcel delivery companies needs more rigor and compensation rapidly payable for failed paid for delivery time envelopes. Don't use.

Absolutely aweful service, they have had several parcels over 10 days and been no movement. I would never use these as my delivery service. I’d rather pay an extra 70p and use inpost or evri.
Worst delivery service I’ve ever used.
I don’t usually do reviews but this is the 3rd time out of 4 deliveries from vinted it’s been over 10 days and still not received the item.

Absolutely ridiculous. Gave them the correct address and they somehow managed to deliver the parcel to a different street altogether. Terrible tracking, not delivered to my chosen safe place, and I'm dreading having to contact customer services because they don't seem accessible in the slightest. This is the first time I've ever used this service and even Evri hasn't let me down like this. Vinted need to stop using Relay ASAP.

Unbelievably bad service but Vinted seem to keep promoting, obviously getting a good back handers.

Trying not to use Relay on Vinted ensures the postage price goes up generally by £1 not much but when you think of the item cost sometimes it's 20-30% of the cost and Vinted delivery time frame states in small print 25 days delivery this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
This along with the forced vinted charge has really increased.cost to customer and eroded funds to seller.

Relay maybe a cheap way for a buyer to use when purchasing items from Vinted however theyre the slowest delivey service known to man.

Shockingly slow, pay a £1 or so more and use In Post or an alternative delivery service if you want your purchase sooner rather than a lot later.

I have sent and ordered 4 parcels with Relay. The two I sent arrived a week late and the 2 I ordered are lost. Pick another courier

A massive shoutout to Relay for teaching me the true meaning of patience. I was told my SHEIN parcel would arrive yesterday, but instead, I got a front-row seat to a high-stakes psychological thriller where the delivery countdown timer changed more times than an influencer changes outfits.
I literally cancelled my actual real-life plans to sit at home and wait for this legendary package, only for it to completely ghost me. Truly riveting stuff. At this rate, someone needs to launch a full-scale investigation into why on earth SHEIN is outsourcing their deliveries to this total trash service.
Congratulations, Relay. You have successfully achieved the impossible: you’ve somehow managed to make Evri and Royal Mail look like a premium, elite tier, white-glove VIP experience. Absolute clowns.
