Reliable Hardware Avis

I use cabinet and chest type hardware items in my cabinet business. I found Reliable Hardware when searching for a supplier. I have been very satisfied with Reliable Hardware’s selection, pricing and prompt shipping. Highly recommend!

My order was complete except for the latches that FedEx lost. Three of the five boxes containing my order were severly damaged and items were falling out of one box. The only reason more items were not missing was, because the items were in plastic bags, which kept additional items from falling out of the boxes.

Coherent website,fair pricing, prompt delivery

You had exactly what I was looking for and made it very easy to purchase.

The custom grill looks great and the quality is perfect. The customer service was very helpful

Was building my own 2 x 10 bass speaker cabinet. Quality parts, delivery arrived on time, Special order speaker grille fit perfect. Parts that I had been trying to source were available here.
thank you

Helpful service over the phone.

Professional, reliable, and built to last. The best hardware for the price. Only complaint is shipping, but it’s still cheaper than penn elcom!

Fast delivery and accurate

Excelente. Recomendado

Love this company! Very quick shipping and great customer service. They called making sure I ordered the right things to make my box.

Parts were shipped fast and well packaged. The latches were a perfect replacement on my bass case. I supplied my own rivets, as hardware for various applications will be different.

Thank you for your hard work, Excellent customer services

This is the first time I’ve bought from Reliable Hardware and I was pleased with the road case hardware I bought. The quality is excellent and shipping was quick. I had a couple of questions and Gene at the email contact address responded quickly and was helpful.

Great products...arrived in a timely manner...

They ship with USPS After I called and advised that it was never received, they suggested that I call the post office and try to ask if they still had it. After calling back several times, I left a message advising it was lost in the mail to please cancel the order since I had already delivered my Product to the customer using a replacement part. They proceeded to resend it by FedEx, called back when I finally got someone on the phone, I advised them the order needed to be canceled and sent, but I was told that I did not say, and it was already shipped. I told them I did not need it since it was too late, and that I needed a credit. I was told that they have already filed a claim with USPS and that I would just have to wait. After having FedEx return the package to the sender, I called and was told that USPS declined the claim and that they would appeal the decision, but there was nothing they could do since it was not their full

Ya’ll had exactly what I needed. Much appreciated!
Thanks.
