Very comfortable. I do believe it’s helping. I use it more than an hour at a time and have fallen asleep with it on.

Overall, I'm pleased with the product. The only knock is that I wish the massagers were a little stronger. I would actually rate a 4.5 but since I can only do whole numbers, I'll go with a 4. Very easy to use but be aware it does ship from China so expect a little longer shipment lag time.

I am always skeptical about devices that claim to get rid of pain etc. In this case the price was worth the risk. I have a worn Rotator cuff, supraspinitus tendon. After using it faithfully 20 minutes a day on my shoulder, the pain has noticeably lessened and my mobility has increased. Better results than 6 weeks of PT. Canceled any surgery for now. Will re evaluate in six months. Definitely recommend

I bought this for a friend of mine in Australia as I knew she could not get any help with her shoulder stiffness and what the doctor called a frozen shoulder. The Doctors didnt help with anything so thought this peace of equipment might held her. It only arrived about a week ago and she started to use it immediately. She reported that it is helping her already. So let's hope it keeps improving. 🙏

I bought this thinking there is no way it will fix my shoulder. But after wearing it for 5 hours the first day. I woke up the next morning in amazement. At how much better my shoulder felt after just 5 hours of use. I have a torn rotator cuff that I had surgery on. Then I tore it again right at the end of my healing process. I didn't have it repaired again. After 5 years the pain was getting pretty severe. The doctors said I need shoulder replacement. But that it might or might not make the pain better. So I decided to give this a try. I am so glad I did even though I was very sceptical. I since have told my brother in-law who also has a very old rotator cuff tear with a lot of pain. He just ordered his so I am interested to see how it works for him.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive. It hasn’t helped at all. Wanted to return for refund but it has to be returned to china and the shipping costs more than the product itself.

Once I figured out all the settings and configurations, it is easy to use and effective in easing my pain in both shoulders. Love the heat/ massage combo at once!

I was surprised the charge isn’t very long. I thought the heat was going to be hotter.
But otherwise I’m using it everyday on both shoulders. Had surgery on the left 9 weeks ago. I do ice too.
I thought the delivery was slow. I thought maybe it wasn’t coming, but it came. All is well.
