Bought a Rollator from ReliMobility, which arrived very quickly and in good condition, but unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault. I contacted a very helpful and friendly person in Customer Support, and he got a replacement organised immediately. I am very pleased to report that the replacement arrived the following day, and the same driver collected the substandard one at the same time. Fantastic service, thank you John!

We bought this chair (Walmesley Dual Motor PU Riser Recliner)
at the end of August for my 90year old father, it is a nice looking chair but that is as far is it goes, my dad cannot use it due to it being uncomfortable and when he does sit on it the chair glides along the floor, we have put a anti slip mat under as we thought it was because we have a laminate floor. The covers that go over the arms just slide off.
We also had problems with the delivery due to the chairs weight the courier was not able to carry the chair up our steps even though we stated about the steps in the instructions when we ordered the chair so it had to be returned to the depot and brought back when I had made arrangements for someone to be here to lift it when it arrived. I had numerous conversation with the delivery company who had said the problem is they only do a one man one van service which is the service that Relimobility had booked and due to the weight it is a 2 man job. When I rang Relimobility for help the man was very abrupt and unhelpful.
