Out of date materials by the time of use
Materials were order a week before Christmas, with less than three months on the shelf life. No advice was given to me as a non-trade as to the need to use the product before the expiration date. Now due to bad weather and unforeseen delays with building project we have come to use the products and they are already out of date.
No help was offered, simple email claiming this is not their fault and deal with it. We spent almost £700 on this order and now that’s money down the drain.
Will never use them again for any further building projects, we have the rest of the house to render in the summer and will 100% be looking elsewhere.
Another company that cares only about their margins and not the satisfaction of its customers, current or repeat.

Thank you for your feedback, whilst we do appreciate your frustrations, as an online store you will appreciate that we do not discuss projects with customers unless they require assistance etc. We have reviewed our online chat and emails and can find no correspondence from you asking for help or advice or advising of any project timescales.
We believe that we provided the correct product, with a suitable shelf life, which was fit for purpose at the time of delivery and that we cannot rectify a situation for circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery was 2 days early which was…
Delivery was 2 days early which was handy for us, but inconvenient for the customer who had to carry 24 bags of render in as the delivery was scheduled for when some of the team would actually be there to assist with the unloading.

Hi Mr Ball, thank you for your feedback, I have checked your order and note that we sent a delivery BY date of the 11th, however we did send a 24 hr delivery notice on Friday 6th, which lets you know delivery would have been on Monday. Apologies if they didn't reach you, sometimes they do end up in the junk folder.

The STS, A1 fire rating and thickness stamped on them will make building control happy.
The fella who delivered the boards, couldn't have been more helpful, happy or willing to get the boards to where I could handle them.
