From start to finish Rengard were amazing. We'd had s previous bad experience with an online supplier so we were apprehensive but we walked into Rengards showroom and it was so relaxed. No hard sell. Very informative. Allowed us to take our time and sit on all the sets. They were honest and once we had decided on a set the delivery swrvice was amazing as we needed the set quite urgently. The delivery was on time, seamless, and they ensured everything was set up. They had forgotten to bring the furniture cover but this was delivered to the warehouse and we collected a few days later. They were happy to post it to us but as we weren't far away we said we would collect. My husband then looked at some accessories when he went back in and the young gentleman in there was extremely helpful and informative and we will definitely be going back. We highly recommend Rengard to anyone looking for genuine, quality furniture sold by an honest, legitimate company. 1

I'm absolutely delighted with the 2 bistro sets I bought from Rengard. They're great quality, sturdy, comfortable, well designed and with thought given to the small details. I love them! I ordered online and received them within a few days. I phoned the company as the delivery came in two parts and I was worried some of the order was missing. Customer service was great they checked and confirmed that the second box was on its way and I received it shortly after. I was pleasantly surprised to have a call back from Rengard the following day just to check everything was ok and I was happy with my order. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Fantastic service both in store and upon delivery. We visited the spacious show room and had a good browse and sit down on a number of sofas and chairs before taking the guidance of the Rengard Team as to what would work for our garden areas - they were spot on! We are so pleased with the 3 sets we bought which can mix & match, yet look great independently too. Delivery was quick, efficient & tidy. Delighted to see indoor furniture is now being stocked too - we’ll be back! Thank you very much for an exceptional service.

Excellent from start to finish, no hassle and no pressure approach when in the showroom, I mentioned which set I wanted to buy and its spec was then fully explained to me, and how to care for it. It was delivered about a week later, onto my patio. All’s I had to do was unwrap it. Fantastic quality for, strong and sturdy. Highly recommend.

I order the Rona table and chairs on Wednesday 20th May and it was delivered on Friday 22nd May. Excellent customer service when I had some questions. The product was well packaged and delivered by fed ex.. Have to say the quality is exceptional so very pleased with a n excellent product.
