The TV was collected on time and upon return Ricky was very kind by helping me reinstate the TV back onto wall bracket.

Matthew kept me updated with his time of arrival and arrived promptly within the timescales agreed. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave advice to me. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Explained the issue. Advised what sorts needed to be ordered and approx how long they would take ect. Second appt booked once parts were in.. I sadly then had to cancel the appt last min and rebook.
Attend to fit parts took all the cardboard and rubbish with him. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs to appliances

My tv needed repairs, Scott replaced with a new screen , Very Professional and Great Communication from this company all steps of the way, friendly and polite , recommended 👍

Matthew and Pete came out to fix my tumble dryer and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both were very efficient, polite, and tidy while carrying out the repair. Samsung sent this company out to fix my washing machine in which they did but have caused another problem with the machine that was never there before the repair, once reported he came back and was very rude and said there’s nothing he can do, I went back to Samsung and they sent him out again, he turned up with his mate who he never introduced and had attitude on him the minute he walked in the door, talk about feeling threatened in your own home, still machine leaking water all over my floor but according to mathew this is normal, his solution was to keep the door shut. Please be aware of this man, as soon as you ask question his attitude starts.

The staff did their best to arrange the appointment at a time that was possible for me as the appointment times are within normal working hours and I work full time. Once this was sorted, the communication was good and the engineer (Ricky) was great. Thanks for fixing my TV.

The level of service that Repairguys have provided from start to finish has been fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable staff and provided a couple of quotes based on the possible fault with my TV. There's a collection and drop off service available which I took them up on, which was by Scott one of the technicians. TV was repaired in their shop in Exeter. I was contacted with the actual fault and total repair cost which matched the initial diagnosis, so all good and no surprises with the final invoice. I am relieved that my 4 year old Samsung TV has been given a new lease of life and saved from the scrap heap, not adding to landfill. I will certainly recommend Repairguys to friends and family 👍
