Unclear on their website (mobile version) if you are purchasing a years cover or a single trip when it comes to European cover. Left me with a lapsed policy when I broke down; submitted a complaint to their customer services and not even had that acknowledged a week later.

I was concerned about how much break down cover would cost, especially after hearing about the prices the AA and RAC often charge. However, with rescuemycar.com, it was incredibly easy to just enter my car registration and get breakdown cover for that one car at an extremely low price. Only just over £20 per year for cover of the one car I drive. This gives me further assurance that I will be covered if the unexpected were to occur which is incredibly reassuring.

Just returning to you with a much younger car. Only left as cover was included with new car. I was always extremely happy with the service I received before. I was a customer for many years. As a company you are highly rated.

I originally made a mistake and didn’t take out national. I called them up and spoke to a wonderful chap who changed it for me. Very professional and helpful. Well recommended!

When i booked breakdown I didnt receive confirmation until much later. This is not acceptable.

After many years of using this company for my breakdown I had to use them today and I can’t say I’m surprised but I won’t be renewing with them.

Flat tyre on the side of the motorway me and my three children. I was told I was being unhelpful in trying to tell the phone operator where I was and told me I had to confirm details about the car and wheel etc before they would send anyone out (read the fine print apparently the cover is void if you don’t have a spare or a tyre repair kit who knew! ) The tow truck that came knew nothing of roadside assistance/change the tyre that I was told they would try to do and took me straight to a local garage who didn’t know I was coming and didn’t even know of the rescue my car company but took pity on me and changed the tyre to my spare anyway.

I have used this company for many years but you get what you pay for in a crisis unfortunately
