Scheduling was simple and convenient. Drivers were courteous and extremely professional in handling the sofa. I would recommend again to anyone.

Said they would take the bed and did not, also said they arrived at a time they did not.

Overall, I thought the process was great and the crew was super. My concern was how my items were handled. I donated furniture to the habitat restore. I'm not an expert, but I believe the condition of my leather furniture was acceptable to be used in someone's home. The way it was placed in the truck and slid around on the floor of the truck makes me concerned that the leather couch will no longer look decent for resale by Habitat.

Things just don’t seem organized. From trying to come to pick up items more than 3 hours sooner than time window of arrival quoted, to not accepting items that were accepted on the initial agreement and charging more to take the items on site.

It’s a good cause and still a reasonable alternative to hiring movers to haul things away but not a great experience on what is always a stressful day.

While I was pleased to be able to donate furniture to a good cause, the cost of pickup seemed high. Having to pay more than $200 was more than I'd anticipated for a table, two chairs, and an exercycle.

Crew of three were personable and arrived on time. They worked like a well oiled machine and navigated large pieces of furniture through narrow spaces. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. Driver and assistance were courteous and quick. I would have preferred the ETA feature was working or an alert that my driver was down the road rather than 'arrived'.
