Very professional and efficient and friendly

Everything was great. Driver and assistance were courteous and quick. I would have preferred the ETA feature was working or an alert that my driver was down the road rather than 'arrived'.

Very reliable pick up kept you informed of when they would arrive. easy to work with Resupply and the trucking company was great and very careful not to damage anything. Would definitely use them again.

Movers were on time, professional, and nice.

Jacob & Troy of Hawes Movers in Pennsauken NJ were professional and accommodating. The person with Resupply who scheduled my donation was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciated the texts and phone calls when the drivers realized they would be late and allowed me to reschedule.

Communication about pick up was great and pick up went smoothly.

The entire process was uneventful. I was kept well informed about the crew’s ETA. The crew was courteous and conscientious. Moving the bed frame and mattress took only a few minutes!

Hidden fees related to recycling if donations weren't accepted by charity. Charged an extra $100 dollars by pick up crew. This was not communicated in the terms and how do I know if the donations were accepted or even delivered. Pickup person told me my money would be refunded if my couch which was in good condition was accepted. Need to be more transparent and ensure customer is updated at the completion of the transaction.

The gentleman picking up my furniture was a gem. Thank you so so much. I do think this service is expensive. So gave it 4 stars for that reason. Easy to set up. Glad someone can use that dresser.

The gentleman who picked up my hutch was so polite. It was a pleasure meeting him.

The person who scheduled the pickup was told everything I would be donating, including sizes of each item. I was told the truck would be plenty big enough and could even add additional items if needed for a fee. When the "truck" arrived it was a commercial van, and the movers didn't know if my items I planned would fit. They ended up cramming the sofas and glass table into van, likely damaging them and then many of the items were reclassified in size and quote went from $280 to almost $500. When the movers were there I attempted to call to speak to someone and was sent to text message support. This company is a shady rackett that takes advantage of people trying to do a good thing by donating. It would have been cheaper to just have a junk hauler pick up the items and send them to a landfill.
