The gentleman picking up my furniture was a gem. Thank you so so much. I do think this service is expensive. So gave it 4 stars for that reason. Easy to set up. Glad someone can use that dresser.

The gentleman who picked up my hutch was so polite. It was a pleasure meeting him.

The person who scheduled the pickup was told everything I would be donating, including sizes of each item. I was told the truck would be plenty big enough and could even add additional items if needed for a fee. When the "truck" arrived it was a commercial van, and the movers didn't know if my items I planned would fit. They ended up cramming the sofas and glass table into van, likely damaging them and then many of the items were reclassified in size and quote went from $280 to almost $500. When the movers were there I attempted to call to speak to someone and was sent to text message support. This company is a shady rackett that takes advantage of people trying to do a good thing by donating. It would have been cheaper to just have a junk hauler pick up the items and send them to a landfill.

The communication was excellent and quick. Loved that I could book online and got text message updates on my appointment. We just had a baby, and trying to reconfigure our home (and lives) around making room for her, and Resupply just made everything so much less complicated. Although we were sad to see our furniture that we've had over the years go, it was great to have Resupply there (quickly, in-and-out) and give us a fresh start. Thank you!

Courteous and informative. While they didn't make the agreed pickup time, they did update me periodically with reasons and altered ETA.

The representative was extremely nice and got us scheduled timely.
The driver, Mario, was professional and friendly.
The crew was rough in moving the furniture (not careful/caring)
The price went from approx $840 to over $2,000 when pieces were added to the initial list and after stating they would remove everything, they did not take the working washer/dryer and stated "Boss said no."??? I did not receive any money back for not taking those pieces. $$ seems extreme for a DONATION.

The booking process was very easy again. Both drivers showed up on time and were friendly and extremely helpful. They took great care removing the furniture not to damage anything. i’ll be using the service again in the future.

My Goodwill donations were too bulky to take them in my car. The driver arrived promptly and picked up my items, including patio furniture from the second-story outdoor deck of a townhouse.
